For this order I did a custom ID tag with my dogs picture to put on my key ring and it looks great. I have several ID tags for my dogs collars that have held up very well over the years. Great products from a great company!

Our tags should arrive no more than 5 business days after shipping out to you. The only way we know that there is an issue or that you have not received your order is if you contact us. Please contact us by calling (855) 364-8242 or via our "Contact Us" page on the website and we will be more than happy to ship you out a replacement order immediately. We can only help you if you we are aware of the issue. Occasionally there can be issues with USPS and shipments are delayed or misplaced while in transit.

Love the name tag, it's very well made and easy to read!! Only drawback was it took a week to arrive, and was hoping for a tracking number.
