I was seeking a quiet tag. Online it says leather, it is plastic & not quiet. Design is great, but material is totally misleading. It’s only an image of leather. I would not have paid that much for plastic & fake leather image. Bummed.

The communication was not great. I sent multiple messages to find out when mu order would ship/deliver, and if I could fet a tracking number. A week later, the response was, we don't use tracking numbers, and if you don't receive it it within 3 to 5 days, we can process a new order. A week after that, I did receive it in the mail. The online pictures made the tag look like it was textured or 3 dimensional. What I did receive, was a computer printed picture on the tag. Pretty disappointing. This was a Christmas gift for a friend. I would have returned it if our gift exchange wasn't literally the day after I got in the mail. I would not buy from them again or recommend.

like design but expected it to be higher resolution, a bit blurred

My rating is based quality. Within 5 minutes my dog was able to get the tag in his mouth and it was completely destroyed by teeth marks. The tag and hanger were just barely long enough for him to get it I’m his mouth. What a shame because it looked good!

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, a dog can pretty much chew up anything known to man if they can get it in their mouth regardless of the quality. Our ID tags are some of the most durable and high quality on the planet, but the information on any ID tag can be destroyed if it is chewed on. However, Dog Tag Art always has you covered. Every tag we sell comes with a lifetime guarantee. All you have to do is contact us via the contact page on our website or by calling our toll free number 1-855-364-8242. We will arrange for a brand new tag to be sent to you even if it was chewed by your pet.

The shipping was very fast. The tag seems sturdy. I was disappointed that the tag did not look as I expected though. The picture of the sunflower tag looked 3 dimensional, very sculptural and beautiful. The actually tag just looks 2 dimensional and not as pretty as I was hoping.

Their tags are amazing. Long lasting and easy to read. However I bought one of the carabiner hooks and it kept coming undone. Very disappointed.

I personally feel that it is a genius idea to tag your furry family in order to be returned to their family once lost and found
