You emailed us on Sept. 19th about your missing shipment and we responded on Sept. 20 and asked you to wait 2 more days and to let us know if it did not arrive and we would issue you a replacement shipment immediately. Since we did not hear back from you we assumed that you had received your order and everything was OK. One of our customer service reps will be contacting you via email today to resolve the issue.

The image quality of your tag is 100% dependent on the custom image that you upload. If you upload a low resolution or faded image then your tag will be printed with that exact image. We try to give good image specifications for a quality print when you upload your file. We have thousands of customers here on Trustpilot alone who have been very pleased with our print quality. You have ordered several tags in the past and I hope that you were pleased with these. It may just be that the image you uploaded on your most recent order was taken from a low resolution "preview" on another website and that preview was not an optimal image for printing. Our tags are fully guaranteed. If you are unhappy with the image quality, even on an image that you uploaded, we are always happy to replace the tag for free (we can try to fix the image for you to make it look better) or issue you a refund.
