They were very fast with their shipping, and the tags are really nice! Very high quality and look to me like they will last if not forever, at least a long, long time. They were kind enough to send a written note that the collars and leads we ordered would be sent separately. Those were of very high quality also. I just felt a personal connection with the company. I think they're fabulous! Thank you Dog Tag Art!

Great pet service

Great designs, good packaging and quality product. Ordered from them before and this time, the text was way, way bigger. Don't like it. Probably won't order again.

We are sorry you were not happy with the text size printed on your tag. We try to print the text as legibly as possible to ensure your pet's chances of a safe return if they are lost. The easier your information is to read the quicker you can be contacted. If you are unhappy with the text size on your tag all you have to do is contact us and let us know. We will be happy to make the text smaller and send you a new tag free of charge. We always want our customers to be happy and satisfied and we never just expect you to settle for your tag if you have an issue. We would hate to lose your business over a simple thing to fix.

Both the tags are just as expected. The puppies, Luna and Osa, love them. My friends (the shipping addresses I sent them to) sent pictures of the pups with their tags. They were SOOOO CUTE 🥰!!! Thank you for everything...
