I had emailed them about my dogs tag and sent them a picture of how much it was distorted and after about a few emails back and forth. They finally got it and sent me another dog tag for her and she looks so cute with it on. They say it is a life time thing and it really is.

I purchased the dog tag clip because it was supposed to be extremely durable. After only a day of wear I found it in my kitchen floor in pieces. It had broken in two spots. Not at all durable as stated. Delivery was timely but product left much to be desired, especially for the description and price.

Thank you for your feedback! This is not normal at all for any of our attachment clips. They should be able to hold up to any pet's activity. It sounds like you may have gotten a defective item that was not manufactured properly. We would be happy to send you a replacement clip. All you have to do is give us a call or leave us a message on the website and we will gladly take care of the issue for you. If you would prefer a refund we can do that as well. We are always here to help!

I never order tags from anywhere else! The others don't stand up as well as Dogtagart tags do. I have ordered tags for my last four dogs from Dogtagart. They don't fade, don't scratch off, take the wear and tear of numerous hikes, play dates, and doggy daycare. I made a mistake on one of my orders and customer service was fantastic! Sometimes the choice of patterns is overwhelming but the website is fantastic for narrowing down what you want. They are worth every penny.

I LOVE the tags and have them for all of my dogs. The only downside is that there is no order tracking.
