The order process and the actual harness is great but the D ring add on for the front arrived backwards and then with two uses the D ring ripped their stitches and then would move freely. Now not useful. My Doberman is a pulling machine but it should withstood a little more even if not long enough to get her trained not to pull. It's too bad and may have just been a bad one, so I contacted customer service and they made it right as they have a limited life time warranty... I actually ordered 5 more as I suspect she's too stubborn to give in and walk senceably too quickly! And I'd like to make sure I can do it consistently!!

I ordered the size I thought i needed according to their measurements. Love the harness, they have such a good idea for their harnesses. Well, Ranger somehow kept popping the velcro across his chest open. I looked at it and was pretty sure I could fix it by Adding strip of velcro to it. They send one off these wanting to know what I thought. So I told them I thought if they could sell stripes that they could add it might help. They kept writing me asking questions and finally decided I needed a size bigger. Sent me a coupon to pay for it. I'm waiting for it to come in but they are probably right. Great company to work with and a great product.

I don't understand why my experience has been so bad when so many others have had great experiences, provided they're genuine reviews, I suppose. We still haven't received our harness, and after repeated attempts to contact customer service, I haven't heard back. Tracking the shipment still shows that, a month later, the shipment is still out for delivery. I am very unhappy and do not recommend Dogshood.com.

Works great for a dog that likes to pull

I received the wrong size dogshood and asked for the right size to be sent, for my 8.5#dog. Dogshood easily facilitated the correct size collar, which fits well and does everything it's supposed to do.
