Horrible customer service. Please do not purchase. It states plain as day on their website free return and 90 day guarantee. When I asked a return and refund because my dogs pulling literally increased with this product, they said returns are at your own cost and we can offer a 50% refund! Please DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Liked: product. Well made. Received quickly. However, need to exchange harness for a size up. Frustrated. Need address/help with my exchange. Keep receiving computer generated response asking for more information. EXCHANGE.

I have been looking at harnesses for quite a while now. I was very sceptical that they would work. I am very pleased to say that l was wrong. Milly has pulled on her lead for the past 5 years. We have done training and tried other harnesses but no change. I was astounded after the first use. It was a miracle to me. She doesn't pull at all. The purchase process was easy and the sizing was accurate. I wish l had brought this product 5 years ago.

My dogs new harness has seemed to help alot so far. She will still pull if over anxious. She dosnt like little dogs barking at her. But overall it has made a big difference. I was using another good brand no pull harness, but because she seems to respond better with the lead clipped to the front, it would slip around to the side. I am using the front ring on this harness and it can still slip around a little but not as far as the old one. So because it is staying more at the front, she dosnt seem to pull much at all. It has made our walk alot better and more enjoyable. My other dog walks perfectly on the old harness, so what works for one dosnt always work for the other. I am glad I gave this one a go, and happy with the results so far.

Be fantastic if the side clip was available both sides.. seems to be on the wrong side for me to walk my dog correctly .

I ordered the wrong size and customer service assisted me with efficiency and ease for me. Our dog loves the new harness. So easy to put on and take off without tugging on the dog’s head. Highly recommend.

Was hopeful the Dogshood harness would live up to the video ad I saw online; it has. Our golden mix is a puller, and very strong when he gets excited with the noise of loud vehicles, along with other animals he spies on walks. The harness does really pull him around towards me.

I used the Dogshood No Pulling Harness this morning to walk my Son's 4 year old German Shepherd. It was the first time I have ever walked him on my own due to him constantly pulling on his lead; he is a very powerful dog. The harness didn't stop him from pulling completely but, I'm sure with practice he will stop pulling. Our walk this morning was an hour, I wouldn't have been able to walk him for 15 minutes without this harness, It's a great priduct.
