I purchased this product with the hopes that we could walk away from my Golden Retrievers Cytopoint injections. The product is VERY expensive, $58 an bottle, and does not seem to work. My golden still has skin and ear issues after completing the second shipment of vitamins. P.S For a Golden, two bottles equals a 40 day supply (3 a day). Dog is Human now claims it takes 3 months to see results. No, it SHOULDN’T!

I wanted to love Dog is Human. I really did. But after giving my French Bulldog their supplements twice—months apart—he had the same severe skin reaction both times. Within days, he developed red, inflamed patches along his spine and rear. Hair loss followed. He wasn’t itching like crazy, but the irritation was undeniable. The first time, I wasn’t sure. This time, there’s no question: it was triggered by this product. Frenchies are known for sensitive skin, but that’s exactly why supplement companies need to be ultra transparent about every ingredient and its possible effects. I combed through the label—there are multiple ingredients known to trigger sensitivities (fish oil, yeast derivatives, herbs), yet nowhere do they warn dog owners about potential allergic or inflammatory responses. If your dog is even remotely sensitive or allergic-prone, I would steer clear. This brand is marketed as science-based, but they completely ignore how dangerous “everything-in-one” supplements can be for vulnerable breeds. Disappointed, frustrated, and now out money and stuck with a vet bill.

It will be more than 12 business days before I receive my second order due to USPS losing the shipment. Dog is Human does not offer any expedited shipping even when their “courier” aka USPS loses the shipment. This means I will never know if the product is really effective after 60 days of use, because my second shipment will take 2.5 weeks to arrive. They do not guarantee the 2-5 business day delivery post 1 day processing.

My dog did not like the taste of the product. I had to wrap it in cheese. We tried it for a month and no noticeable positive results. He still chews his paws. :( Also, the guarantee is not a real guarantee in that they will not refund the first bottle. It looks like they are going to refund the 2nd one.

Package came and I tried it right away on my Daschund...MSG Jeffie but he didn't even eat it so I contacted them...twice in order to send it back (90 refund!!!) But no luck. Not responding to either emails. Very bad customer service

I’m coming back after I’ve tried the vitamin and interacted with the company. I must say, that I did an “average” rated review on their website, but it looks like they only post great and good reviews-My review isn’t there. That’s a bad sign. Here is the review I did on their website: This vitamin didn’t work for my dog. I even crushed it up in almond butter. After that failed, I tried his go-to which is goat milk. No go. There are a few comments I’d like to add about my experience with this vitamin and company. I only take time to do this in the hopes that my review will help other people. I need to add that Zoe who dealt with all my concerns remained kind and helpful. It took the order 11 days to go from Philadelphia to Utah. This was from the time I ordered it to the time I received it. It was shipped USPS. Furthermore, the vitamin has supplements in them that might not be at all helpful to some dogs. I have been a nurse practitioner and dietitian for about 45 years, so I’m very interested in what I put into my body—It’s the same for my dog. I don’t advocate more is better when it comes to supplements. (This last comment is with respect to the veterinary professionals who contributed to the formula for these vitamins.)

I bought into the fallacy that the Dog is Human multivitamin would help my dog with his skin allergies. I gave it to him for five weeks, but he did not Improve. I have requested a refund, but no one has been forthcoming.

I placed an order with this company and it took forever for them to “ship” my order. After much waiting, I was notified that my order was delivered. I checked outside, In my garage and with my neighbors and nothing. Reached out to the company and they told me to check with the post office. Good try on their part be sure UPS doesn’t deliver to the post office. I asked for a refund and was declined. This company takes orders but doesn’t deliver the products. Terrible company. Do not order from this company.
