I ordered their 30 day guarantee for hip/joint relief for my Belgian. About 20 days in, they charged my card again for subscription without notice (I guess just to annoy users...). I immediately asked them to refund, as I had not determined whether the product was effective. To their credit, they immediately refunded my $ and cancelled my subscription. Also, after 30 days, my dog had not experienced any improvement; so, I asked for a refund, which they implemented immediately. So, 3 stars for being responsive and standing behind their 30-day offer. Too bad the product did not match Customer service...

I have 5 dogs, I spent about $70 bought 2 bottles of chews, and a bottle of fish oil food stuff... its been 2 weeks and I have not notice any difference. They still are scratching just the same... maybe I have to buy more to give it more time but thats alot of $ if it ends up not working!

I’m right in the middle on this company. When you first sign up, there’s no details explaining any kind of subscription. On the flip side, my GS has had skin and gut issues for the 4 years we’ve had him and his skin is finally calming down. Overjoyed that our guy is finally living without discomfort, but for those who can’t say the same for their babies, being automatically subscribed is SHADY as hell.

my dogs like the taste BUT no change on my dog's itching issues, NONE. I gave it a chance, several weeks and nothing,,, I mean nothing,, no improvement at all. I even annotated each dosage.

I purchased this product with the hopes that we could walk away from my Golden Retrievers Cytopoint injections. The product is VERY expensive, $58 an bottle, and does not seem to work. My golden still has skin and ear issues after completing the second shipment of vitamins. P.S For a Golden, two bottles equals a 40 day supply (3 a day). Dog is Human now claims it takes 3 months to see results. No, it SHOULDN’T!
