I bought the powder form for our three dogs . Pug, yorkie, black lab. I have put it on there food every morning our Yorkies stomach has become very large and hard. Our black lab has been getting lumps under her skin.I haven't seen any sign that it is helping our dogs limping at all. I am stopping this now

There size chart was wrong. I wish I had taken screenshots, but there’s no way I measured so wrong that my 45 lb dog could not fit into the xxL full body suit that might fit a 12 lb dog. They charged for and shipped 2 when I only ordered 1. It took many months to arrive from china though they present as a USA company. They take 25% restock fee, stalled past return date using scripts, obscure requests, and refusing to read the information I sent. It’s only a matter of time before enough reviews plummet their rating to where it represents them at the bottom.

I purchased these hoping they would help my dog. Upon receiving them, they look like shiny hard rocks that no dog could possibly digest. The owner of this company should be sued!!! I am out $176, plus now my dog is sick with a $6oo vet bill!!! I really hate this company and hope karma comes back for you. Don’t sell something that makes dogs sick. What is wrong with this company? Sounds like they rip people off by continuing to bill there card. I sent the two bottles back and threw the rest away. Garbage!

Good luck canceling your subscription! I moved and was one day late updating my address. I even emailed them to help me because I no longer have access to that address, and they said it was too late. So I decided to cancel my subscription because I am in temporary housing for the next few months without a permanent address. So I went to cancel, and a video of the idiot owner Zoe pops up. But can you cancel? No. The cancel subscription button gets blacked out. That should be illegal. I urge people to report that to their state’s attorney general. You cannot cancel with emailing them. I may have signed up again when my address issues were settled but no, not after all the issues trying to simply cancel my subscription. And I didn't get my product after paying for it. So there is that too.

Do not trust any company who makes you reaffirm over 3 times that you want to unsubscribe, and then makes the options not straight forward. This is only done by entities who do not stand by their product, and want to trap the lazy into a subscription service.

I placed my original order with Dog Is Human on September 9. It is now October 7, nearly a full month later, and I STILL have not received my order. Even more ridiculous, I still do not have shipping confirmation for the replacement they supposedly expedited. This has easily been one of the worst online shopping and customer service experiences I have dealt with. After my original order failed to arrive, I spent weeks waiting and following up trying to figure out what was going on. Eventually, Dog Is Human agreed to send me a replacement and specifically told me they had requested expedited shipping to get it to me as quickly as possible. Great. Problem solved, right? Nope. Another entire week passed. I checked the tracking information and discovered the replacement had not even shipped. So once again, I had to contact THEM to ask what was happening. Their response? Apparently the replacement package was also “lost.” How exactly does a replacement package that never even appeared to have shipped get lost? And now, after failing to deliver the original order and apparently losing the replacement, they asked whether I have ANOTHER ADDRESS they can ship to. My address is not the problem. I receive packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and countless other companies without issue. Somehow Dog Is Human has managed to turn shipping one order into a month-long ordeal involving a missing original package, a missing replacement, repeated follow-ups on my part, and still no product in my hands. What makes this even worse is that I have had to continuously chase them for information. I should not have to monitor tracking numbers myself, realize that nothing is happening, contact customer service, wait for another explanation, and then start the process all over again. As of October 7: • Original order placed September 9 • Original order still not received • Replacement promised with expedited shipping • Waited another full week • Replacement never showed any meaningful shipping progress • Contacted them AGAIN myself • Told the replacement was somehow also “lost” • Still do not have my items • Still do not even have shipping confirmation for the next replacement Nearly a month after taking my order, we are apparently back at square one. Apologies are meaningless when they are followed by the exact same incompetence over and over again. At some point, a company needs to stop saying “sorry for the inconvenience” and actually fulfill the order the customer paid for. Absolutely unacceptable. I cannot recommend Dog Is Human based on this experience, and I would seriously think twice before ordering from them if you expect to receive your purchase within any reasonable amount of time.

They created a subscription on a one time purchase which is basically a scam. Their product has no efficacy since none of the dogs treated are showing any change. One of my dogs opened and ate a full bottle with no visible or clinical effects since we rushed her to the vet as soon as it was discovered. The vet didn’t pump her stomach since she felt it wasn’t necessary due to the lack of any symptoms.
