I purchased a dog harness for one of my dogs Jordy. Then came COVID-19 and there was a delay in shipment. Doggykingdom acknowledged this delay and gave me a rebate for my patience and understanding. Then, Jordy suddenly died from a liver tumor. I wrote Doggykindom to cancel my order. They promptly reimbursed me and sent me kind words of condolences Several days later, I received this beautiful harness with Jordy's name on it. (Sniff, sniff from tears). My other dog now wears this harness proudly and we carry Jordy's name wherever we go! Not only is the harness perfect, the company response was always timely, decent, kind, and humane. Thank you!

Quick response to our warranty claim with no rebuttal.

The harness I bought was too big for my dog and I went by the size chart on the website. When I contacted the website for a smaller harness they told me that I would have to buy another one because the Velcro names were customized. Um no I could just peel the name off the harness and you can mail me the right size. That’s called Good customer service. But no, you guys didn’t offer to do that so I’m not a happy customer.

I love the harness.. only problem is the buckle adjusting the length of the strap. I cannot seem to keep the buckle from slipping, I’m always adjusting every time I’m walking my dog

I really like the harness and so do my 2 pups. One however doesn't stay firm it becomes quite loose by the time we get back from our walk. Not sure why as it doesn't appear faulty at all. The harness is really easy to apply and having their names on them is great when we meet others on our walks.

Love this product. I’ve tried many harnesses for my Golden retriever and this is by far the best. It is so quick, easy and fast to put on. It’s comfortable for my dog.
