I am sorry had to cancel order but, it as an unexpected death of my dog. He had some digestive issues and it got the best of him. I truly miss him very much. I will see if any of my neighbors with dogs may want the harness. Thank you for your understanding. Debbie

I found Diggie Kingdom to be reliable and honest. My questions were answered almost immediately. Teddy’s harness is beautiful. He looks very dapper in it.

Received the personalized harness and i am very please with the quality. It fit my girl perfect! Keda loves it too! She pranced around like a princess all day long. High quality construction...love it!

I did receive the harness that I ordered on April 27 yesterday! I was becoming very skeptical about this order because it took so long to arrive! But I want to let you know that I am very pleased! The quality is exceptional and it fits my 14 pound Cairn Terrier perfectly! I ordered the size according to your sizing directions! Thanks! Marsha Dobson

Ordered 4/6 still nothing delivered. The website says they ship within days. Three weeks ago it cleared customs in China. We have not received the harness.

Still no harness and no tracking number!! Measly 15% discount ($5) doesn’t help if you don’t get the product. Forget these people and go somewhere reputable. They just replied to say I’ve ordered from them 3 times and received packages on-time. This is an absolute lie! This is my first and last order and I still don’t have it!!!!!! Okay so after 3 months, the harness came and after an extraordinary amount of emails and harassing, they gave me a refund. That does not make up for all the time I’ve had to spend to get it to this point. Had I not been so persistent, they would not have taken care of this. Oh, they asked me to update my review so I did - be careful what you ask for. Buyers be beware.

My dogs love their harness. They are well made, definitely easy to put on and they reflect if walking your dog at night. The name tag is a wonderful addition to the harness which is removable if you have to. I have had many harnesses over the years and this one is by far the best of the best. I certainly would recommend this, and I do, to anyone.

I ordered my harness on 4/29/2020 and it was paid for at that time. I have really not had much communication from Doggy Kingdom. I am not happy that originally. This is from when I placed my order "Enclosed please find your invoice no. 2020131980 from 04/29/2020 in PDF format for your order 123477. We will process your order as soon as possible and send you the tracking number within the next days by email. Please note: personalized products require 2-3 business days for production/personalization before they can be shipped. We will keep you updated. And look it says 2-3 business days for production/personalization before it can ship. On 5/11/2020 I received an email that it is being processed if shipping to UK or USA 7-10 days I was not aware of this when I ordered it. This is what it says today (which is NOT what it showed on the 8th of May) May 17,2020 13:26US, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IN PROGRESS May 16,2020 19:46US, SHIPMENT ARRIVES IN US May 16,2020 03:32, SECURITY CHECK IN PROGRESS May 15,2020 13:09, CUSTOM CLEARANCE IN PROGRESS May 15,2020 03:37YIWU, , SHIPMENT SORTING May 14,2020 20:25YIWU, , CJPACKET HAS PICKED UP THE SHIPMENT Which I guess it will be another week before I get my harness. I wish I had copied the tracking before it changed to this.
