My original review spoke of the inability to replicate how my dog was able to pull in the opposite direction as me - causing the harness to pull up towards her ears and then the buckle clasp opening up ...all without me touching it. Something very difficult to video for warranty. I am very happy to report that DoggyKingdom reached out to me to ensure I was happy and helped me to correct the problem! Thanks DoggyKingdom!!!
