DoggykingdomReviews of doggykingdom.net

Their life time guarantee is legit. My first harness kinda frayed away due to poor. Stitching, they replaced it. The replacement harness cracked in the cold Michigan weather making it useless. I have contacted doggykingdom and was assured once again that a new one was on the way. It kinda sucks to once again wait for delivery but it's worth it. My service dog Reba loves this harness and it's so easy for me to get it on her.

Poor service! A month for delivery! Never again!

Love the products but the number of emails and the cost of returns limits my purchasing. Ran onto a problem with winter coats, the 3x was extremely huge on my dog but the 2x seemed to be too small. Because of the time frame/cost of returning it, I decided just to wait til next year.

initially ordered wrong size harness - emailed correction which was timely and accurately made excellent response and service and great product

Do not buy from this company. Company: is based in Austria, not US as indicated on website, no way to talk to representative, phone number takes you automated only system, did not get what was ordered. Product: made in and shipped from China, mediocre quality, not worth price, no instructions on how to fit. Customer support: non-existent for either shipper or Doggykingdom Feb. 4 Update: Doggykingdom has said they will take care of the issue with product. As of today the correction is being processed. I will update again once the issue with the product is completely resolved.

I ordered on January 15th 2 seatbelts for dogs, 1 xs no pull harness, and 1 s no pull harness. Turns out product was shipped from Australia. Upon checking out they said get this a dual handle leash half off. So I bought it too. Turns out that was a separate transaction. So I get 2 CROSS BORDER FEES on my checking account from this purchase. On January 28th I receive my order. It is missing a Red Doggy Seat belt. The thing is so chintzy maybe costs 50 Cents to produce. I immediately email them. The 2 handle dog leash is Chintzy as well. The Harnesses are nice. The XS harness is just right. The S harness was big like a medium or so. I am disgusted by an email I got 2 days later from Maisie. This was my First and Last purchase from them. The company appears to be based in Austria with a mailing address in Florida. Their return policy is terrible. I would like to return everything and get a Cash Refund. BBB has no information for a Doggykingdom doing business in the U.S. as I was trying to file a complaint. I have Submitted a Report to PayPal which I used for payment. I am tempted to take them to Small Claims Court. Below is the email from Maisie of Doggykingdom. Hi Ken, Thank you very much for your e-mail. We are very sorry for that. We weighed all the items before we ship them out to make sure that your order is complete. Please be so kind and send us a photo of the items you received so we can see them here. Kindly include the photo of the package/invoice as well. We will check it and we will get back to you as soon as possible for an update. Looking forward to your soonest response. Harness exactly as pictured and fits good, maybe a little snug on the tummy even let out all the way. Looks SO nice! But it did take 7 weeks to get here which seems a bit excessive. Good quality.

Really excellent for my husky, not quite as perfect fit for the Cairn but overall really happy with the harness and Doggy Kingdom service
