Just love the fit and ease of putting the harness on my dogs. I’ve been buying these for 10 years, since Scrimshaw was a puppy. He loves them too. They are a good quality harness and love having their names in Velcro on the side. Delivery was very fast this time so that’s a plus as well.

I want to give you zero stars. Your customer service stinks. You put out a fit chart which is all wrong. You do not back up your product. You even have a non working phone number for customer service. Zero stars. I hope many people read my review.

Delivery to Canada is always timely and orders are correct. Products are durable and look great, and fit well.

Ordering was was, delivery quick. I do wish instructions were included but it looks fairly straight forwarded.

I use the double-handle leash every day when walking my dog through busy areas. It gives me good control and feels practical, but overall it seems like a fairly standard leash.

The no pull harness is a joke, not only did my dog pull more inn this harness he also pulled right out of it . Do not buy .

I can’t review something that I can’t use. I went by the size chart for a harness and my dog’s close to in between the weight recommendations. The harness swallows him. It’s so much bigger than he needs. I wrote to ask for an exchange and because they said they customize it, which means the little name Velcro strip is the only thing personal to him that they cannot accept exchanges or returns. The bottom line is they do not standby their product and I have a different company that makes a similar harness and it fits much better and I will recommend them to people I know and make sure people stay away from doggy kingdom. It is very disappointing. I have good hopes and the design is spectacular and so easy to put on him. That would be the other companies similar harness to be clear.

They are a fake company in China. They said their medium size would fit my dogs. Based on lbs. They weren't even close. Then when I asked to return them and get smaller ones, they wanted me to pay for those, too! We paid over $100 for two harnesses that are completely useless. I'm reporting them to their attorney general and mailing them back to them as well as doing a chargeback with my credit card company. They are breaking the Fair Trade Laws. DO NOT DO Business with this company. Their harnesses are cheaply made and too easy for a dog to get loose from them. Dangerous for your pet if they get spooked on a walk. Also interesting: Take a look at their location. It's a rundown looking gas station. Obviously fake. It's not even a real address. They also list an address in New Jersey, but they don't honor their warranty. I'm going to have to report them to their Attorney Generals in both states, because their addresses are fake and their phone number is fake. Going to have to do a chargeback and return the harnesses to the only address I could find.
