I was so disappointed in my order as soon as it arrived and then in the customer service. The harness is very intense but is missing the one thing it truly needs - a leash hook on the front. Our trainer told us not to use this harness because a leash hook on a dog's back promotes pulling and negative behaviors. Also, the leash and seat belt we ordered as impulse add-ons at checkout because they offer increasing discounts when you reject their first offer, are very flimsy and cheap (yes, I got sucked in which is my own fault). We will likely use the seat belt for now but will buy something safer in the future, but the leash is very thin and not at all worth the money. We were so excited about these products but extremely disappointed when they arrived. I emailed customer service about these issues on Monday and again on Thursday after receiving no response, asking them to honor their satisfaction guarantee. They replied to me saying they are unable to accept returns on customized products, stating that the name and sizing is custom on the harness. In general, I would understand but there is nothing actually custom about the harness; the name/phone number is a piece of easily interchangeable Velcro on the side of the harness and the sizing is not custom at all (XS-XXL). They didn’t acknowledge my disappointment in the cheapness of the other products. But they did offer a 40% discount on a future purchase. I will not be using this discount because I would never buy from this company again. Poor customer service is always discouraging but it feels even worse when it comes off as such a great, animal-focused company on their website and then still fail you.

NIce product. Used it for training class yesterday, love the control we have with it on him. He does not resist against putting it on, actually, think it acts like a "thunder shirt" . Nice quality, workmanship. really like the Name tags/phone #.

The harness and the seatbelt are of very good quality. Our puppy is still just a tad small, but even so, we have been able to make the harness fit her. She is very comfortable and calm in it. Look forward to her enjoying it for years to come.

Well worth the wait. This high-quality harness definitely made it a lot easier to walk my dog. I bought one for myself and one as a gift to my father’s dog and we were both extremely pleased with the quality.
