Wonderful Support from Julie
In general, I set up a payment plan for these lessons and was only able to attend 1 lesson before things in life got hairy. I called Customer Service and got Julie. She was absolutely wonderful. I explained my problem and she understood exactly what I was going through and did what she could to help me through my situation. She has amazing customer service skills and is definitely working the right job. Thank you Dog Academy for having such amazing associates that are personable, friendly, and willing to help with a smile.
