The customer service was amazing. I felt relieved when I was being helped with so much care. From answering all my questions to making sure the process will be well worth it. Very genuine people, especially when I am one of the customers, I am always super nervous about everything.

The staff at Dog Academy were most helpful and informative when questions were asked. Each seesion training was in great detail and helped extremely well when training my PSD dog. Being able to go back and review instructions was a big help.

Your app was so easy to use! All information and directions were clear and easy to understand. Your replies when done with a section were very fast. I called a couple of times with questions and the people I talked with were so nice, helpful and answered all my questions. I am so glad that I took your course and hope my videos are acceptable so I can say Cruiser and I qualified for him to have his PSD certificate.
