This was an easy training session. The videos weren’t too long and everything was quick and easy to read. If you want to do any courses, do this one, I’m a college student and have watched and read many long lectures and videos. If you’re thinking about it, DO IT!!

It was fast paced and the key points were repeatedly emphasized to highlight their importance and likelihood that they’d be a major point on the exam

staff was very helpful and available during the process!

The psychiatric service dog training through DogAcademy is incredibly straight forward, offers a variety of tips, and is easy to follow. I always feel like the biggest piece is to train the owner, and the DogAcademy seems to focus on just that.

I had a fantastic experience with Dog Academy! The program was clear, well-organized, and walked me through every step of the training process. It made learning easy and effective, and I saw real improvements in my dog’s behavior. What really stood out was how supportive the team was. Anytime I had a question, they were easy to reach and quick to respond. They always provided clear answers and helped guide me on what to do next. That kind of support made the whole experience even better. Dog Academy is doing an amazing job of making dog training approachable, reliable, and enjoyable. I truly felt set up for success and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a better relationship with their dog through positive, step-by-step training.

Originally there was some kind of mistake or misunderstanding for my first schedule training and it did not happen. I called and left a detailed message and I also emailed on the first business day after my phone call and email. Julia called me back. She was very very kind and understanding she immediately went to talk to her higher-ups in order to get the situation alleviated and after I hung up with her the first time in five minutes, she called me back and had the whole thing fixed. The dog academies customer service is amazing. I will follow up on how the training goes, but so far they have my complete support.

Even though the training was through zoom I found the trainers had some very good tips for areas I was having a little difficulty with. Following their advice helped both me and Roxanne improve. Roxanne has always been an obedient dog, but sometimes we needed help with our communication. Thanks for helping a great dog become even better.
