Dog Academy was amazing in providing the courses and guidance on how to train my dog to become a psychiatric service dog. I could not have completed the training without the support from Lindsey, the Head Trainer Assistant. Lindsey is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is highly knowledgeable, caring, supportive, dedicated and extremely professional.

Everyone has been super helpful throughout the process. Customer service went above and beyond on my training and certification needs. I got to speak to the same customer service rep via email and phone who knew and understood my needs.

I am a disable veteran and after a year of looking for a program that help me train my dogs, finally I found Dog Academy. Sadly most of the other training organizations were unreachable, due to the price or distance. From the first call , I felt like home, the program was affordable, friendly and very professional. The whole team was extraordinary and very efficient. I embarked in the training of my two dogs and it was an amazing experience. Any question or any doubt that I had, I was a phone call away to consult with the trainers . I like that I trained my dogs on my time, with no pressure. Lindsey and Savannah were very helpful. I highly recommend the PSD training and I hope they can expand their service dog training to other types services. My two dogs are my life line and thanks the Dog Academy. They helped me when more I needed it.
