This was my first experience ever in formal dog training. I was not sure what to expect, or if I was “up” for it. I was pleasantly surprised at the manner in which each segment was presented, with clear instruction and measurable “benchmarks” to build on - for the next segment. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quick my 22 month old Rottie is learning to be the service dog I need.

I made a three star review last week of my experience here. My problem was mostly that the advertisement was not upfront about using their certificates for travel outside the US, which as it turns out, it isn’t useful for. Lufthansa, SAS etc. don’t accept self trained or internet trained dogs. So I had to hire a trainer and redo it. I was then contacted by the Dog Academy and got my money back, which was very decent of them.

They answered the phone every time I called! This is unusual in today's age. All were professional and experienced with the industry. The curriculum was excellent and formatted in a way that was easy to comprehend. Highly recommend the Dog Academy!

I worked the program diligently for a couple of months and when I was done, my dog passed all three of the AKC canine good citizen tests. The basic, the advanced and the urban.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice. Not pushy at all. Explained everything i needed to know. Filled out the entire profile for me online. will be training all my dogs with them for sure!

Everyone was so nice to us and they wanted us to achieve our goal in a timely manner... They worked with us to receive our information promptly since we are flying soon... The world needs a service like the Dog Academy to make it easier for us seniors... Thank you all for your Help!!! Brian
