Dog academy is excellent! Great teaching methods and concise concepts

When I signed up, I qualified, with several calls and conversations, as to whether I would meet the criteria, since Daisy was presently living in Houston Texas. We were planning Daisy's relocation, changes in handler/owner, city and state, and what needed to take place. My daughter/niece (Tasnim) was the original handler/owner of Daisy for 6 years. She & Daisy graduated from College with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science & WildLife Conservation. She is presently working Full time, as well as finishing up her master & doctorate as Veterinarian. As results, Daisy was trained by professionals. As my health deteriorated & my disabilities changed, it was decided that Daisy needed to move to Chicago, IL with me permanently. As a result, her owner/handler (Tasnim), flew Daisy to Chicago and stayed with me for weeks for extensive reinforcements training & relocation transitions. Your team was extremely helpful with answering my many questions, as well as provided clarification during our training. The training program was well written and appropriate for the training.

great course I learned a lot

So I have very bad anxiety flying in a plane, which brought me to this course so I can be able to have some peace of mind with my companion with me. I spoke with Carlie and she was FANTASTIC. Such great customer service, friendly, and we even had a bit of fun getting me all signed up. The courses themselves are very great at giving instruction to help teach our fur babies how to be the best PSD they can be! My mom recommended this online institute to me and I'd be more than happy to recommend it to anyone as well. Thank you!

The instructions and the videos were very clear and easy to follow. I felt like I really knew what my dog needed to be able to do in order to qualify as a Psychiatric Service Animal and the testing they do to certify him makes me confident we won't have any issues. My little poodle didn't like the sound of the clicker and isn't much motivated by treats, but there were alternative suggestions about rewarding him with petting and attention that worked just as well. I really recommend this program!
