Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that our pricing model was not what you expected. We understand that not every user needs an ongoing subscription, and we appreciate your perspective. Our service is subscription-based, with a 7-day trial that allows users to create, download, and use our documents. During sign-up, payment information is required, and the trial terms, including the automatic renewal if not canceled within the trial period, are presented before enrollment. We're glad to hear you were able to cancel during the trial and avoid any charges. We also appreciate your suggestion about offering a one-time purchase option. Feedback like yours is valuable and will be shared with our team as we continue evaluating ways to improve our service and better meet the needs of users who only require a single document. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.
