I gave a detailed description of my symptoms and got an excellent diagnosis so my fears were confirmed. I do need to go in to my doctor or urgent care.

They were very fast, efficient and proactive. The customer service was amazing, the doctors excellent, direct, practical and efficient! I really recommend this service to everyone. Better Than the Typical Office Visit By FAR
Doctronic.ai provided a much more thorough analysis and useful suggestions for action than the appointment I had earlier today that turned out to be with a physician's assistant who apparently had not reviewed one word of my history and had no useful suggestions. I will DEFINITELY use this site again.

The service is excellent
The service is excellent. Talking with the ai doctor is just like talking with a regular doctor. I felt like it was very thorough. Booking the human appt was quick and easy and the doctor was ringing through before i even knew what was happening. It was all very efficient; a great way to get my prescriptions refilled! I did receive a notification to join the waiting room after i was finished which was confusing so i guess the only downside is that it all went too well! Thank you!

Doctronic.ai won't remember your chat
I am suffering from TRD (treatment-resistant depression). I started + had a fairly long AI session with Doctronic.ai on Sunday. Before ending the session I created an account and got assurances that our chat would be remembered so we could continue where we left off and I wouldn't have to start over and redo everything. When I log on Tuesday I am greeted by my name, but it has NO MEMORY of our chat session and I am asked to start from scratch. Conclusion: DO NOT use Doctronic.ai This AI Dr is totally useless, annoying, frustrating and will only make your condition worse.
