If I could give this less than one star, I would. In previous sessions in 2020 and 2021, I would have rated them highly. However, after 2 appointments for my son, and then one for me, I will never use them again. I am a healthcare professional and the doctor came on judgmental before even introducing herself or asking me questions. She literally said "if your leg has to be cut off, don't blame me". She tried to send me to ER for a non life-threatening skin issue. I am very well versed in my own health and how to treat patients and this was the worst doctor visit in my life. She caused tremendous anxiety the rest of my vacation and week with how I was treated. Condescending, unprofessional, terrible bed side manner, and not good Rx prescribed either after seeing someone in person later that week.

Rip off.Suggested my collage student daughter contact because of her depression .She paid 25 $( a lot for her ) and they came back and said she should make an appointment with " someone in her area " .n No refund .What a joke .

I've called them twice and other time I was rushed off phone and no help told to go to docs or er what do they think I called them for no help never call again

I have been using them for about 4 years and this last Dr was TERRIBLE!!! After waiting almost 45 minutes for a Dr that I choose they said they were no longer available and I got some quack!! She told me to go to the store and buy all these over the counter meds and if no better come back in 2 days.. really?! If that’s how they operate they don’t need doctors to do that so now I have to pay for 2 dr visits and but a whole bunch if other stuff… WESTERN MEDS are terrible but I will go to Dr Says from now on they are cheaper!!!

Disgusting service preying on the needs of the vulnerable. Scheduled appointment then at last minute rebooked it for 8 hours later. Now saying the funds which they stole wil take 3 business days to be refunded. Lodging a formal report to APHRA

Fraudulent company that will charge service members and their families even though its 100 percent covered by insurance. I have been fighting with this awful company much longer than anyone should!

Kafayat Oritola, APRN Refused to provide treatment for a clear need of anti-biotics. I explained I was in excruciating pain so she instead ordered $240 worth of labs that would take 14 days to get results I later found out (in the meantime I could not even sleep from the pain). I had to use a different telemedicine provider who in just 30 minutes gave me the needed medication. STAY AWAY. They are either incompetent or a total scam. They refused to refund me the $75. I guess they need that to stay alive cause they will go down eventually. THIS IS THE 4TH TIME THEY DO THIS TO ME. Actually 3 times to me and 1 time to my son.

I am okay with the doctor but the company is, in my opinion, predatory. I feel like they are more concerned with placing cookies and trackers on my PC than providing medical care. I kept getting error messages when trying to setup my visit with the most common being I needed to turn on location. I did that, no go. I even gave their website permission within my browser's security settings but still got the error. Out of frustration, I installed a clean copy of chrome with NO security settings, that allowed me to talk to the doctor. I felt like my running without any security was their goal. This is not a good feeling ! But the worse was I could not print out the lab order.I could see it, it opened in a popup window but when I hit print, the page came out blank ! I sent 3 request for help to their support department, all of which were ignored. I went thru all this to have my A1C checked but now I can't because their system is poorly written, generating meaningless and misleading error messages and their support personnel ignore request for help !
