I had an appointment at 3. I was 5 mins late logging in due to logging in issues. They canceled my appointment as a no show. Now I'll have to pay $119 for the no show appointment fee. I called at like 3:13 and let them know what happened to see if I can still have the appointment. Was told there is nothing that can be done at this time. I would have liked to stay with this company and have the appointments I need with the trauma therapist for my past trauma I endured as a child. I have complex ptsd and this is just a little bit too much for me. I waited about a month to have this appointment with this trauma therapist. I guess I will seek treatment somewhere else in the future. Just understand if you miss an appointment with this company they aren't understanding of your situation and will charge you a fee for no show.

Logged in and it said 0 wait time. Filled out information and the next screen said less than 5 min. That screen lasted 32 minutes. The next screen said doctor is joining your visit. That screen lasted 15 min. Then visit ended.

Waste of time and Money. I needed a very specific service, with a medical doctor. I was assured I was seeing a doctor, not a PA or NP and they could provide the service with documentation needed. NOPE. Set me up with a NP, even though her profile said she’s a doc, and she wouldn’t provide the documentation I needed. All after a half-hearted assessment. Just a joke of a service all around. Never again.

Terrible experience. Needed an antibiotic and prednisone for sinus infection. I’ve been treating the sinuses for 40 years and it works. After a ten minute lecture on antibiotics, the provider said she could have made more money moving on to other patients. Needless to say I didn’t get what I needed. Waste of time and there’s an integrity issue. Adding to this a week later. Going to my primary doctor, I had a sinus infection and ear infection. They immediately gave me an antibiotic and steroid and asked me why I waited so long to get on a treatment plan. Unfortunately it’s because I was misdiagnosed with Dr on Demand.

If 0 stars were an option, it would be 0 stars. Waiting 3 days for a prescription only to be argued with and ignored is ridiculous.

I reached out to Doctor On Demand in January for a severe migraine and was prescribed nine pills of frovatriptan. The medication works, and I’ve used it sparingly over several months. Now that I’m almost out, I’ve learned they do not allow refills—you’re required to pay for another full appointment. This is extremely frustrating. I don’t have insurance and cannot justify paying another full visit fee for a medication I’ve already been prescribed and used responsibly. Nine pills is hardly anything over several months. I understand safety concerns, but there should be a more reasonable process for refills, especially for non-addictive, situational medications like migraine treatment. This policy feels more about billing than patient care.

A "doctor" cancelled my appointment and the website charged me a $99 late fee. Then they charged me $99 for the appointment that never happened, and also charged my insurance an extra $99 just because they can get away with it. I contacted customer service for weeks until they finally issued me a refund 3 months later for the late fee, but they refuse to refund me for the other fee. Stay away!
