Complete disaster - I think they are a scam. I paid up front for the appointment and no contact was made. The support chat said another doc would call - never happened. They then suggested booking with another doctor even though I hadn’t received a refund. My poor kid had a high temp and painful ear in far north QLD. Total robbery.

I seen an RN, not a doctor to start with after a 40 minute wait. I have bronchitis, sinus infection, laryngitis, and an ear ache. The RN did nothing for me at all. She offered a cough suppressant. Cough suppressants should never be given with bronchitis. She was rude and looked at me in a rude manner as if I were stupid. She then hung up on me. What a waste of time and money. Also, why am I seeing an RN if I am paying to see a "Doctor On Demand"?

I would give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time. Tried to be seen on 4 separate occasions and was dropped each and every time within the first minute of each call. Frustrating and not worth trying ever again!

My doctor has been a no show twice now. Not to mention my son's doctor as well. Thank goodness we are not relying on them for meds. This is ridiculous! Take your business elsewhere, somewhere where the doctor's give a crap!

Good idea but HORRIBLE if you have an issue. There’s NO WAY to contact your doctor again without paying for another visit and support is an absolute joke as they can not do anything more than leave a note that MIGHT get attended to. Had a doctor call at 7:45am Saturday morning, called in my script to a pharmacy that was closed on the weekends. When the call ended i realized what happened and I was just COMPLETELY out of luck trying to get it resolved. I called support 5 times that day and all they could say was they left a note. I have a painful infection and badly needed to start on my antibiotics. Here i am over 24 hrs later and still no help resolving the issue and no medication. Absolutely pointless. Just save yourself the headache and go find a walk in clinic

This is the third time I’ve given this app a try. Each time the provider can never hear me despite my networks strengthen the technology I use. Not much of a benefit from your employer when it never works.

Horrible experience. The last straw was when the appointment diaspeared from my account on the day of, making it impossible to attend, but I was still charged $99 dollars for not attending.
