I would give less than 1 star if that was possible. I have a UTI which the PA told me required a urinalysis to confirm before she could prescribe an antibiotic. The PA told me that I would get a call from Doctor on Demand the next day and prescription for an antibiotic. Following day passed without any call so I called them and after being on the line for over 03 minutes was informed that that the results of the urinalysis would take 7 to 10 days and they had to have that before the would prescribe an antibiotic. I'm not a vengeful, but I hope the PA and the manager that I waited 30 minutes to get the response get a UTI and have to wait 10 days before being treated. WILL NEVER USE THIS CLOWNSHOW AGAIN!!!!

These people are nothing more than crooks. I suggested my daughter contact them because her throat was bothering her. Basically a sore throat that wouldn’t go away. I figured that she might have strep throat. I told her to contact Dr. On Demand so she could tell them her symptoms and perhaps they could write her a Rx. Bad idea. The “Dr.” she spoke with told her based on her symptoms, the computer suggested it was another issue and they prescribed her meds based on what the computer suggested. She went to the pharmacy and paid for the rx and when we read what it for for, it said, runny nose, sneezing, couching- basically the common cold. She had NONE of those, just a sore throat that wouldn’t go away. She took the meds and she still was suffering from a sore throat. So she went to see a Dr. and guess what they said? It was pharyngitis. They prescribed her Amoxicillin and finally she got some relief. She contacted Dr. On Demand and they wouldn’t giver her a refund. Just a waste of money. I won’t send my hampster here. Crooks!

Doctors on Demand. This is a high priced scam. People are losing money left and right. I thought it was going to be a relief while on vacation BUT NO!! Problem wrong meds. Could have be a death very serious if I did not check into the meds before I got them. ALWAYS CHECK THE MEDS BEFORE. I have allergies and also take a diabetic med. I asked her the nurse PA if that med would inter-fer with my diabetic meds she said no also with my allergies she said no. Well it would have all of them. My blood would have dropped which could have caused a serious problem. DO NOT USE THEM. I have passed it along and I will also tell my insurance company who told us about it. Also Medicare. I tried to contact them through phone, chat and email. The email does not work, no on the phone either and you cannot submit through chat. Do not pay these people.

I needed a thyroid lab done. I have used many times before. This time they want me to make another appointment with them to get a temporary prescription for my synthroid. OR go see a primary physician. Why in the world would I go and pay DOD money if I STILL had to go to another doctor to get my prescription?

I had visits with 2 different psychiatrists on Dr On Demand that were the worst quality medical care I've ever seen. I'm a retired family doctor so I know bad care! The first doctor didn't listen and prescribed an atypical antipsychotic that cost $60 a day... which was miserable to take. The second doctor didn't know anything about my medical history and didn't ask a single question. I had a visit when I was much worse and the visit lasted 1 minute and 8 seconds. Most of each visit was spent with the doctor struggling to use the pharmacy program. Do not use this company.

First of all I have been going to this site since 2017... it's gotten worse and worse..... and today was the final straw! I saw TWO docs tonight.... both times their website had problems...the second doc could not have been more arrogant and unhelpful, and seemed to lack any real patient experience. Yes, sure, he could rattle off info about the cell wall and this and that... but each body is different ... he should try listening to the patient. I wasted three hours and 79 bucks x 2... and have no resolution for my sinus infection/sore throat/ and blood pressure issues. Also a doctor I saw a few months ago from them made me really sick... telling me to take 60mg of prednisone and dayquil for what she thought was long Covid, WRONG!!!! I ended up even more, actually extremely sick! I completely had to miss work for 8 days.... because of her horrible suggestions. I'm done... run don't walk in the OPPOSITE direction of this money robbing, time wasting mess of a company!

For a cancellation fee, they charged me $299. I understand 25-50 but almost $300?? Seriously what kind of “doctor” crap is this.? The website says my insurance is accepted and found “doctors” who takes it. Then the co-payment is still like $200?. I don’t trust this site. Thank goodness I didn’t proceed further. It’s better to just go to a doctors office.

Don't waste your time or money. Dr on Demand apparently has no Dr's. There are only NP and even though they advertise that they prescribe and treat they do not. They no longer prescribe antibiotics and will only prescribe over the counter medications. I have a sinus infection and the NP said she would not prescribe an antibotic. She said if you want antibiotics go to an Urgent care. No choice and did exactly that. I did get treated at the Urgent Care for a sinus infection. I am now taking an antibiotic. Basically took my money and wasted my time. Won't make that mistake again and am telling everyone I know don't be scammed by Dr on Demand
