1) Don’t let the name fool you, I was seen by a nurse, not a doctor…not that you always need to be seen by a doctor, just be aware. 2) I was seen for a rash. It seemed the nurse was just googling pictures and said a dozen random things that it COULD be, but probably wasn’t, then recommended I go see a doctor, just to be safe…so she basically did what I did, except I called Doctors in Demand to be safe and the nurse told me to see a doctor “to be safe”.

I’ve seen one dr 8 times. They reported it to my insurance 22 times. I just got sent 7 invoices at once, all for $30, all due the same day. I’ve sent messages requesting invoices showing what appointment they are from. No one sends what I ask for. They eventually stop answering all together.

Absolutely laughable as a healthcare provision service. Don't waste your time or money because the list of what a Doctor on demand practitioner can do for you is exceptionally short. I paid 90$ for a 15 min appointment and was told to look up other providers on google. When I requested a refund my claim was denied because, according to Doctor on demand, telling someone to look something up counts as medical advice now.

This is the second month that I was supposed to receive help and meet with my doctor and each time it comes on and dumps the call, stating, at this time we cannot link the call-up. It always states that "your doctor is reviewing your records. Then it burns down about five minutes of time, showing he is reviewing my records and charts. Each time it then fails and the entire one-hour slot is canceled. This is two months of this and I would imagine that the doctor is getting tired of it also as there is no billing and no payment for an hour he had blocked off. I speak with people worldwide in GoogleMeet, ZOOM, and WEBEX dozens of times per week in 205 countries and territories. What is the problem, and why are we not able to do anything about this? I even signed on 30 minutes beforehand this time, and veterans who are injured and disabled need help out here - and not to be shut down and cut off just to sign up for another appointment in 30 days' time. This has turned into two months of no care.

I was extremely unhappy with the care for my son from the ARNP. She failed to meet his medical needs and was a complete waist of our money. We immediately contacted another telemedicine provider who fully met our sons needs at less than half the cost.

This so-called healthcare provider falls disappointingly short of its objective. The app is a complete joke. Constant technical interruptions during my thereby sessions. Have had four cancellations generated by the provider or the app in the past 6 months. I will not return to this service and have reported its very poor performance to my insurance provider.

The most incompetent, frustrating and disreputable online service I have encountered. Total joke.

Do not recommend. Had a visit with Dr. Suzanne Kersbergen, DO on Friday to obtain a prescription for progesterone and estrodiol for menopause hormone therapy. I have no insurance (trying to fix, precarious financial situation taking care of disabled husband, etc.). Told Dr. Kersbergen that I need prescription with generic so I can afford. First, Dr. was dismissive, and she almost refused to give me any prescription without labs (hello, I'm 49 and have had no period for a year and I'm suffering with classic symptoms and no contraindications), then she gives me a one month prescription, and instead of estrodiol (which I requested), she gives some fancy drug prescription that Publix pharmacy does not carry and generic does not exist for. I'm taking the only half of the prescription I could get, customer support first said that this would be fixed in a few hours, then said I had to wait until I heard back from the provider at some undetermined time when the provider responds to my message). It's been days now and provider hasn't responded. Customer service is nice in manner, but can provide no helpful information; support side totally separate from clinical side blah blah blah. I'm just calling support when I'm up in the middle of the night suffering now until I get a proper prescription I can fill or they refund my money. Waste of time and failed to get simple solution to a common complaint.
