Awful. Needed a LOA form filled out by my doctor. They claim that the medical document department handles documents as they are received. Waited 3 weeks. Called them again and they tell me that my documents are now "high priority." We'll see if they ever get filled out.

Just a waste of money. These doctors just want the cash and the next patient. They are mandated reporters and that's all they're looking for.

As a therapist I find this platform to be horrible. I was notified Id have no copay. Then I am getting invoices for an unpaid copay. They refuse to help, I don’t pay copays with my HRA. They refuse to listen and took weeks to respond but would send weekly invoices. I had one session. Was assured that scheduling wouldn’t be an issue yet it was. It was a rat race. The clinician only putting hours on a random Sunday. No consistency or guarantee for an appointment. After complaining they tried to get me a couple session, I had no way to contact the clinician all third party communication. I let them know I could get back to them within 24 hours. They never responded and then I no longer had an option for session. I had to move my own clients to meet a chaotic schedule and then did not even get the opportunity for it. Overall, extremely disappointed with this platform and quality of care. I highly recommend finding another way to receive telehealth therapy that doesn’t include dr on demand. Oh it also took me about a month to even get an intake.

Insurance used to be $10 and now it's $30. Was a waste at $10 and now at $30 it's robbery. This is a side hustle for "professionals". They could at least use students for non emergency help; at least a student would care. Please call a hotline or 911 for emergencies and google to find a self help book for non emergencies. From looking everywhere but AT me, to turning off the camera 20 minutes into the "session". A few times I waited for input and it was obvious she wasn't even paying attention. Absolute waste of time and money, even at $30.

Wow, horrible customer service. First, you don't get to talk to a "doctor," which should be the clue that they are full of BS. The video call with a PA lasted only nine minutes. She clicked the wrong button and sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. It took me several weeks of multiple phone calls to rectify it. Maddening, the phone number when you call it -- just a bunch of people with a script who say "I apologize, I'll write this in a message and someone may or may not get back to you." What? One month later, and I'm still trying to get a response. Horrible.

Dr. Nina Kotar refused to refill depression medication because I had not had my fourth appt yet. Today was my appt. Dr. On Demand was having connectivity issues so the appt could not take place. She never called me on my land line. She just blew it off. 3 weeks now without meds. Went with new doctor on site today and she was surprised at the lack of compassion or follow through. Still no meds because customer service says I need to speak to a doctor. I just did this 4 hours earlier. I'm not sure what kind of organization provides medication and then neglects to refill it. I'm right back where I started. You would be better off using another service.

Well now its been 3 times! Where do I begin? I scheduled an appointment in March, I couldn't get help to navigate. I requested another appt. and was scheduled @4 weeks later, it was canceled for no reason. This happened 2 more times! I would NEVER refer anyone here. You'll probably get canceled anyway 🤷 Wasted my time while I could have gotten some help😪

Terrible to deal with. They billed the wrong insurance afyer I provided the correct insurance twice. Billed me from almost 2 years ago. Won't return calls or messages. Truly concerning. Every excuse why they can't help. Visit was Nov 2021 but calendar won't go that far back.
