The Dr or rather nurse practitioners are great. Never had a bad experience. Customer service is a non-existent. I will never use them again based on my horrible experience with customer service. They don’t resolve any issues or follow up with you at all!! I have had to call back every day to try to have paperwork completed and 17 days later still no completion and I was told a supervisor would call me back and it never happened. This place is a joke.
It’s A Known F.
I had an appointment for 15 min and it turned out to actually be only 7 min 18 seconds for $89.00 and I didn’t get any advice from the doctor/nurse never ask me about my blood pressure readings, temperature or anything. No concern what so ever was the impression I got. She didn’t care and couldn’t prescribe a controlled substance for me or any other doctor on demand. I want a refund or a Doctor that can prescribe my medication. I’ve been taking it for 12 years and missing a day or 2 can lead into withdrawals. They should be able to check my medication record. I had the same primary care doctor for 8 years that isn’t licensed in the State I’m in now to do that and I certainly am not taking anything I’m not suppose to. No help at all, I want a refund or a DOD that can prescribe my medication or explain to me just exactly do they do.

These people are frauds when it comes to billing for services rendered! Typical "bait and switch"! I had been sent to the DoctorOnDemand.com website via a link posted on my health insurance account for United Healthcare (also horrible with claim processing), which advertised getting virtual care at no cost. Once on DoctorOnDemand, I followed the instructions regarding "find out how much your cost for a virtual appointment will be after registering and entering your insurance information." I submitted all of the necessary information, and the site then stated that my cost to proceed with an appointment with a dermatologist would be $0.00. I proceeded with the appointment, which was actually with a nurse practitioner (she was actually a great APRN), and afterward, a receipt was generated that listed the fee as $0.00. Over a month later, I received a bill from DoctorOnDemand stating that I owed a balance of $40.00 for that appointment. I have disputed this fee multiple times over nearly 3 months, and they refuse to honor what they had originally quoted me. Fraudulent corporation for this reason. Bait and switch tactic, for certain. Whatever your ailment, save yourself a headache!

Wish I could rate lower than 1 Star. First off you can only get prescriptions for 1 month, which is fine. Except for the fact that the doctor sent in a 60 pill dose, but then wrote take 1 pill a day. Well, the pharmacy can do basic math and will only fill 30 pills. My dosage is 2 pills a day, and I had to make a second appointment to get this corrected. Except for the fact that the next doctor wouldn't even listen to me explain the situation, and proceeded to blame the pharmacy and insurance for not paying for more. Open your ears and listen! I offered to show the doctor my pill bottle, but she refused to look at it. So arrogant and terrible service. The first doctor I saw was incompetent, and the second doctor I saw was absolutely rude and argumentative the entire visit. Seriously, where do they find these clowns? I will go to my primary in person from here on out where I know my doctor isn't a medical school reject.

Couldn't get an appointment for nearly 20 hours. The "waiting room" was constantly full. Took an appointment at 6 am on Jan 1. Dr said he was going to prescribe a couple of things to help relieve my symptoms. 36 hours AFTER the appointment, and no less than 6 phone calls later they offer me a free appointment, because my scripts got lost. So they want me to see another Dr to get new scripts. Can't get in until at least 11 pm tonight. Beyond ridiculous.

Had an appointment at 9am, the pharmacy my prescription was sent to was closed for New Year’s Day. I called by 10am to switch the pharmacy and I’ve been waiting for six hours just to get my prescription called in. I’ve called three times and they just tell me they are very backed up today. Never ever again. Biggest waste of my time and money

Awful service. The consult when for less than a minute. I had Covid and I am a diabetic so was I after some Covid antiviral drugs. I was told that I don’t qualify. I checked the government site afterwards and clearly says that if you’re over 50 and you’re diabetic you qualify for Covid antiviral drugs. I went straight to another online doctor company called Hola doctors afterwards and they gave me a prescription straight away.
