I chrisanthia Darby, seen online doctor for a stomach virus March 2,2024. When I call the pharmacist to check to see if my medicine was ready, the pharmacist stated the online doctor left a note stating about chylamada on my prescription and then the pharmacist ask what medicine i was needing I told the pharmacist the medicine for my stomach virus. I sent a message letting the online doctor what the pharmacist had stated to me and why would she write such a horrible note on a prescription. I never received a response but, now receiving in my email about on-line mental illness from doctors on demand. I have reported doctor on demand to spam and I hope you fire that African American female doctor because,, I never want no one to experience such a horrible experience that I had to endure with such an evil doctor.

Expensive and confusing practices. Charged $25 to get an online doctor. Visit was 3:44 long. Received an email saying I owe $36 more for some unknown reason. Am now receiving a bill through insurance for $61 more. $127 for an eye infection that took 4 min of paperwork? Shady practices at very expensive prices. Go to your local doctor instead, this is far from convenient.

I'd give them no stars if I could. I'm in my late 50's and for over 30 years, have gotten sinus infections every 4 or 5 years. They come on slow, but then progress really quickly to being very painful and once they hit that stage, it takes quite a while to resolve. I had used Dr on Demand for quite a few years until today. I made an appointment, was met by a Nurse Practioner and not a Dr, and then told that I couldn't have the antibiotics that always work. Of ourse, it benefits them if I have to come back in 5 or 6 days when my symtpoms have gotten much worse and then desperately need the antibiotics. I wasted $90 and wasn't about to waste another $90 next week so I asked them to remove my files and I deleted the app from my phone. I also responded to their request for feedback and said that I hadn't made an appointment with Nurse Practitoner On Demand... I'm so annoyed by them not listening to my 58 years experience in my body so I won't use them again for anything. There are plenty of other options out there.Use one of those.

An endless carousel of doctors and NPs that guarantees you'll need to make a new appointment every three months. Book plenty in advance though, since this system means they're booked out 3 months anyway.

I was seen on 12/25/23 for a ear infection and was placed on antibiotics for 7 days... 7 days later on 12/31I was supposed to go to a new Year eve party but was still not feeling well I stayed home. The tickets were covered by insurance (fan shield) so I wasn't worried about losing the $400 it cost. I just needed a simple note.. um.. simple? Dr on Demand wants another $85 fee plus now their saying no? I WAS STILL IN ANTIBIOTICS YALL PLACED ME ON!? NEVER AGAIN!! Being a nurse for 28 years I have referred MANY ppl to DOD.. that will NEVER happen again.

Absolutely horrible experience that lasted maybe a total of 2 minutes. The doctor left abruptly after I continued to tell him that I could not hear him and to repeat himself. I even wrote in the chat that I couldn't hear what he was saying but then he just left without me getting an answer. The experience was beyond appalling and I will never use this service again, as it feels like a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

I always get a notification when the provider is almost ready and is checking my chart. For some reason, I didn't get a notification tonight. The provider had to speak to get my attention. Once I realized she was already on the line, I promptly responded and apologized for the few seconds that she had to wait. After that, her face and attitude said it all. I felt like the provider was very short with me, and the communication was not very therapeutic. There was zero empathy, and all my attempts to fill the uncomfortable silence were met with more uncomfortable silence on her end. I felt like I was being a bother instead of a client who needed help. I understand it's 3 am. CST, but this is what YOU signed up for, and it's not a free service. I mentioned to her several times that I was in pain, which was completely ignored. I had to actively request a Topical Ointment for the pain. This experience won't stop me from using the service because this is my first bad experience, but it will make me think twice about recommending it to others. I truly hope I never have to deal with this particular provider again. I hope if you were just having a bad day that your day gets better, but people may forget what you do or say, but they will never forget how you make them feel.

The appt. time took forever. The doctor was very short, and would not take into consideration any of what I was saying as to what was going on with me. Never called in prescription.
