The doctors were fine!
Customer Service is terrible!
Kept billing me for a visit from Dec 15, 2022 that our insurance always paid for! I called and told them then.
They kept sending me the bill!
I called several times. Then my husband retired and his insurance became our supplement. So I paid it just to keep from being harassed every month! They received it July 15, 2024.
They still keep billing me!
I uploaded the check and pictures showing they cashed it!
They are still sending me a bill every month!
I have proof that I paid so I am done with them!!
I called again and spoke to someone else today in billing and emailed the pictures of the check and information from my bank.
If they continue to harass me, I am calling Better Business Bureau or my lawyer!!

BRING BACK DR ON DEMAND. WE DO NOT WANT INCLUDED HEALTH
I’m beyond frustrated with the switch from Doctor on Demand to Included Health. This has to be one of the worst decisions ever made. The app constantly crashes, and the doctors seem so limited now— they can’t even prescribe certain medications anymore! I originally went to Doctor on Demand for help with weight loss, and I had an amazing doctor who prescribed Metformin, Naltrexone, and Wellbutrin to help curb my cravings. She genuinely cared about my health, ordered blood work, and celebrated my progress. She even prescribed a 3-month supply of medication when she saw how well I was doing. Thanks to her, I’m now down 85 pounds and feeling healthier than ever!
But now that everything’s been switched to Included Health, it’s a nightmare. I have to find a new place to get my medication prescribed, and I just can’t believe this is happening. This is so disappointing. Please, bring back Doctor on Demand! This change has made everything so much harder, and it’s not fair to those of us who rely on consistent, compassionate care.

Worst experience, totally disruptive team
Consulting a physician is the only good part about it.Billing makes things worse. No response to opened cases,no resolution. They say the case is escalated in every call and create a new one, but no way of solving the issue. I have been dealing with the for the past 5 months to a resolve a billing issue. I reached my end of patience and my insurance is denying mentioning as late filing, but drondemand doesn’t provide any explanation for late bill or does allow me to speak to the billing team.Worst customer service and totally unacceptable service. Billing team is nightmare, they don’t process the claims, do not resolve the outstanding amount. I am ready to the pay the billed amount, but it’s on hold always. They are a joke.

Okay......Where do I began
Okay......Where do I began? First , They way they do thier billing and blame it on some BS
" OUTAGES "? It's called being crooks and taking patients money. Your Welcome. Went on my first visit, everything was good. Never made it to my 2nd visit bc they ( dr money bags , On Demand) debited my personal checking account for $129? Reached out to them via thier message service, which by the way is horrible. They came back stating that my insurance was not up to date? Which by the way , is very up to date. Then I had to call customer service. Yolanda was very helpful, More helpful than the messaging back and forth. I then called my insurance company , to only find out that Dr money bags on demand, had billed the claim incorrectly. Insurance company had to give me the claim# , and I had to call back to customer service , And give them the claim #
I had to cancel my up coming appt , In order to get the refund of $129? Canceled the appointment. Got my refund. Then I started getting notifications that my Dr wanted to reschedule my appointment. Went in to schedule my appointment, and guess what?
Dr money bags on demand is requesting payment options and wants banking information. Called customer service back and explained to them that I was NOT giving Dr money bags on demand my banking information, not after what Dr money bags on demand did. They explained that I had to give banking information inorder to schedule my appointment. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ( Dr money bags on demand) ANY OF YOUR BANKING ( DEBIT CARD ) INFORMATION!! ITS A SCAM!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DR MONEY BAGS ON DEMAND TO ANYONE.......Blaming these so called " OUTAGES " For stealing our money. They are crooks!! They are definitely, not in the game of helping ANY PATIENTS. But definitely in it for your money!! Walk away......

Terrible experience
I have used and recommended Doctor on Demand for years. Don’t know what happened to them. I called in around ( pm didn’t wait too long.Went fine with the Dr. She said my prescription would be called in right away. Didn’t do it. Called back said they needed Walgreens number which they had. Contained off and on all night until too late. Everyone said they would help and no one did.

Use call on doc instead of dr on demand!!!
I’ve used dr on demand for years. I get sinus infections every year since I was a child. The dr I saw, SHONTAY BUTLER, was awful. She prescribed me nothing and told me to take a Covid test and pay for another visit if it is negative for 3 days.
I’ve had Covid and the flu, she asked about body aches, fever, and chills which I have none of.
Regardless I bought a test and as predicted it was negative. She asked what I’d been using, when I told her she said she “didn’t like” those meds. She doesn’t like to prescribe anything, not even a nasal spray.
I paid $100 for advice I could’ve went to the local pharmacy for free. They REFUSED a refund, and refused a free visit with a different provider. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
I used call on doc the following day and they were WONDERFUL. Immediately gave me the antibiotics I needed and some other things to help clear me up. I never write reviews but Shontay butler was so ridiculous, why is she even a dr if she doesn’t like medicine or want to help patients?

Horrible customer service and follow…
Horrible customer service and follow up. Paid for my daughters sinus infection visit and when the meds were ineffective and we asked for a follow up- it took 4 days to get back to us. Their recommendation was to use their urgent care option. Another copay later with another organization- and we finally have am antibiotic. Dr on Demand refused a refund. They are a scam. There are much better options available

Service went downhill, no longer concerned for patients' well-being
I have used doctor on demand multiple times over the last 4 years, and it used to be a helpful alternative when I couldn't easily get in with my primary care doctor. However, I would not use the service again after my most recent experience in July 2024.
I had an online visit early in the morning with one of their doctors and needed a prescription filled right away. The doctor sent in the prescription, but there was a problem with it, and the pharmacy would not fill it without getting an updated change from the doctor. The doctor was not responding and so I contacted the app support. They urged me to do a new doctor visit so that I could still get the prescription that day before the pharmacy closed, and suggested I could get a refund for one of the visits since the original doctor was not responding. I also got disconnected during one of the visits, and the app itself seemed glitchy this time. But the main issue was that after all this back and forth and waiting all day to try and get a needed prescription, the support staff refused to honor the refund and I was charged twice for the exact same issue on the same day, simply because the original doctor failed to respond in a timely manner. I would not use this service for any issue where you might need a prescription filled quickly, nor would I recommend it in general based on the poor treatment of customers and patients.
