Not too happy with this one, I’m new to it because of my insurance change through my work and it’s the only thing I can use if I don’t want to go in to be seen personally. I had fevers and a sore throat, was trying to get better fast, called Dr on demand, couldn’t even get in because it was busy, but that’s understandable. The doctor finally got me through, prescribed me 5 days worth of steroids, but they didn’t work, I still have fevers and a sore throat. With my old insurance, I used St. Luke’s 24/7 and Teladoc and with those you can actually message the doctor that you last talked to free of charge but this one I could not find that option. Come to find out you have to pay for a whole new visit and with that price, I should’ve just went in personally to be seen. What a joke.

UTI medication is what l needed. With Bactrim l have no allergy issues (l have alot of allergys to drugs) l asked for Bactrim cause of the infection and he wanted to prescribe Macrobid. He never introduced himself. When l told him l had this infection since beginning of the year, he said sounds like a yeast infection. Ladies, we know are bodies and UTI symptoms. Then he suggested a urinary test. Im in a wheelchair and dont drive. And get this for the final act: He disconnected our visit WITHOUT even a goodbye! No personality, acted like l was nothing. Told me that UTIs dont last months and months, matter of fact, Dr told me UTIs go away in a couple of weeks "naturally". In other words, my body is a liar. l should have read the reviews first. The pharmacy hasnt opened yet, and he never affirmed to me that he would call in my prescription and some patients say it takes 24-48hrs for pharmacy to get it, if at all. l already have white coat syndrome. lm glad l can complain. Hope you all have a better experience. Update: l did receive my medication.

Saw my Dr. through DOD for a year. Needed a med refill, I only met with her every 6 months or so. When my time was approaching to meet with her for our check-in, her calendar was booked out for a month. I took the first available appointment and sent a message to request a bridge refill to get me through to our appointment. I was told no by DOD. I was told that I would need to see a different Dr. (what?! um, no.) to get a bridge refill. I explained that I went online to book my appointment and there wasn't anything available for a month, which isn't my fault, and asked them to send a message to my Dr. for a bridge refill. They again refused. Dr. was wonderful, DOD is the worst, they are willing to put people's lives at risk rather than do the ethical thing and figure out a workable solution for patients. Needless to say, I will never use them again, and do not recommend this lousy, impersonal and unprofessional service.
