Terrible as you can tell from other reviews it’s a terrible service that rips off customers. I tried logging on at the scheduled time and I couldn’t get on so I was charged. Don’t use them

The past few visits I have had all I can say is the....beside manners aren't there? is that how you put it? Just not good.

Quick to take your money, slow to do anything else. Be prepared for endless empty AI responses, 0 coordination of care, and to have to redo your samples, tests, etc… when Dr On Demand leaves you out to dry.

The urgent care on demand request went completely unattended. My son was having 104 F fever and unfortunately, this was the only option available on my insurance plan for a virtual doctor appointment. The website offered a virtual doctor within 35 minutes of wait and I was prepared to wait. However, even after 1 hour of waiting, there was absolutely no response or even an indication of how much longer or any revert from the system. Unimaginable that in this day and age, Doctor on Demand can be so uncaring. Third word countries have better care facilities than what I experienced here!

Horrible app, customer support says app was working when it was not working on my end. Missed an appointment due to email that doesn't explain anything, so I'm paying for nothing.
