Pathetic. waste of time.

I have paid $48 for a renew prescription a week Ago no phone call yet from doc I have left emails , voice messages , you can’t get through on the phone all day it’s busy Are they stealing ppls money ? I’m thinking going to the board or higher as that’s disgusting customer service and stealing pls money No one reply’s to emails or messages

The visit was great but their billing and customer service is horrendous! I paid them through my insurance portal and they accepted the payment them kept demanding payment through their billing service. 2+ months of trying to get one of the payment refunded. Still haven't happened and nobody pays attention to my "case" unless I'm on the line then there is some other excuse as to why they can't refund $54! Seriously any other company would refund that amount over a customer service issue.

I would give negative stars if I could. Seriously should have read reviews before having an appointment, but thought it would be a quick way to get this sinus infection some meds. Nope! This joke of a nurse said to keep doing what I’m doing (which isn’t helping). When I said hey I need meds to get better ( and I would like to mention I have not had antibiotics in years YEARS! So building a resistance is not even on the radar for me) …her response was that I was not compliant and I could hang up and wait for another doc and pay another fee. Waste of time and money!!!!!!! The gal was rude, unhelpful, and automated. And then had the nerve to act like I was the problem! I honestly want to save people from the frustration that we are going through right now. My husband has been begging me to see a doctor because I’m truly not improving, but I’m avoiding this place. Useless is an understatement.

Absolute TRASH since they were acquired by/merged with Included Health. All history is either missing or WRONG. You can't choose a primary doctor to see over and over. They are unresponsive too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bad after care service. Pharmacy need clarification but no one gets back to pharmacy.

FRAUD-The worst Doctors work here. I contacted them by phone to get answers regarding Dr. note after scheduling the $99 visit and was told the Dr could write the note after the visit. I have IBS and was needing a excused note. I then scheduled the online appointment and paid the fee. The wait was about 1 hour The Dr. was Andrew Zaager was condescending and rude and told me he could not help me with IBS and that this was a Urgent Care and ask me what I wanted him to do. Why would they post they treat IBS if they do not. He was uncaring about my issues, showing no sympathy regarding my gut issues. I called customer service and asked to be refunded due to him saying he could not treat me.They said someone would email me or call me but I have yet to hear from them and over 10 days now. It was a waste of money and is a fraudulent health care company.

RIP OFF! Just throw your money at them. That’s all you’re getting in return. Absolute liars. They have nurse practitioners on and only at the end of the visit do they tell you they cannot prescribe medication. Yes they can. Nurse practitioners CAN prescribe. But this one won’t. They waste your time and take your money and won’t refund you.
