Doctor On DemandReviews of doctorondemand.com

Doctor on Demand was excellent!! I had a boil and it was really infected. I waited 5 minutes for a doctor and the antibiotic was called into my pharmacy during our 5-minute visit. Definitely using them again!!

I threw out my back for the first time and er is 45mins away. I could barely walk, it was that severe so I could only imagine getting in and out of the car, enduring 45 min ride, hours of waiting to be seen and 45mins back. I also have no ins and $99 is very reasonable.I never tried this service but I was desperate. Brittney Addis, FNP that I spoke to was wonderful, very patient with me and I didn't feel rushed . I explained how it happened with muscle tightening up, twisting to do something and then feeling a pop with immediate shooting pains in my spine and bad muscle spasms. she explained why I felt it in my spine and how the muscle is attached. She also ask if I had any numbness in my groin, any tingling in legs etc,to rule out something worse, and said if i experience any of these symptoms to go er immediately. She prescribed me flexeril, prednisone and a doctors note for work. said meds should work quickly. fast forward to tonight; spasms stopped with meds and pain is already 50% better after only 1 dose of prednisone and lots of heating pad time.

I found the experience to be easy to navigate and for me at least, much better than having to actually go to the office for an appointment. I definitely recommend it.

My first time using Dr on demand was a very pleasant easy experience. I was face to face with a doctor in a matter of 2 minutes. Can't beat that! The doctor was very kind and understanding. I received my work note with no problem and was not charged for the service being it is fully covered by my medical insurance 100%.

This customer service rep named Isaiah M. was one of their best reps he actually helped! He went above and beyond. Put my frown upside down!

DoctorsOnDemand Very convenient, professional very helpful I need to get a script and my meds it just within a few hours thank you very much. I recommend people to come and experience

Absolutely the best first time experience and will use again when needed. Thank you for your time and help in my situation.

I have used Doctor on Demand 4 times in the past 3 years for myself and my son. I have had a very positive experience every time with the doctor or nurse practitioner contacting me during the allotted 15 minute window appt time. When an Rx was needed it was sent right away to my pharmacy. The convenience is what I appreciate most as I am not waiting long periods of time in my regular doctors office. This is a perfect service to “see” a doctor for minor sicknesses and I will certainly continue to use them when the need arrives.
