Horrible! Did a “live chat” and also emailed them about a simple insurance question, hours later and no response. I can only imagine the quality of care they provide if they can’t answer a simple question within hours.

The doctor was good my only complaint is if you need your medication and request a pharmacy transfer you have to wait 24 to 48 hours which is insane if you really need meds I ended up having to go to urgent care to get meds because I really needed them

Horrible two experiences. The first doctor I saw a couple of days ago, called me stupid and he obviously had an inability to control his anger. And when I reached out to Customer Care, they laughed it off. IF YOU USE THIS PLATFORM AFTER READING THIS, THEN YOU'RE LITERALLY CHOOSING TO FLUSH YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET. They can't even send referrals or anything. Medvidi is much, much better and close to 100.00 cheaper.

Would not recommend! Have had bad respiratory system went to hospital to get taken care of they did absolutely nothing . So I made dr on demand visit for the dr to only tell me to go back to hospital where they were not helpful . No prescription, no help just 99 dollars down the drain!

15 minutes of inquisition to see if i was stable not sucuside-then a 10 min wait then a 20 min --then a 30 min- then next day at 9;45 am - incompenent and malprtice - i asked for a supervisor thatnever answered - hung up horrible

Really bad service / scam . I’m just one person claiming been scammed for $62 don’t know how many more people has been scammed . Plz be aware and not to use their services at all .

Zero Reviews. Worst Ever Existed. Poor Service. I have been waiting for more than an hour and portal also shows no wait, yet no doctor has joined. This is their standard despite paying $62 for this 15 minutes consultation which does not seem to happen. At the end, now it says "appointment closed, it appears that you were not able to attend the appointment" while their useless doctor did not join!

I used Doctor on Demand last Thursday. They sent my prescription to a CVS Mail order in Wilkes Barre, PA. I called CVS on Monday and they had no record of the prescription. I have been trying to use the online contact portal and am getting no response. This service is worthless.
