DNN SoftwareReviews of dnnsoftware.com

We've been DNN clients for about 5 years and each evolution of this platform has been impressive. Until 8.4.1 - total game changer. This is "the ludicrous mode" version by contrast to it's predecessors. Great Work!

The members of my web development team are all novices when it comes to navigating our way around DNN. But thanks to the great assistance we have received from DNN Software support, we have been able improve upon our website's appearance and functionality. The most rewarding factor in investing in DNN software is the quick response we receive when we submit a ticket. We suffer very limited downtime due to technical problems or the lack of understanding of the software. And, as we try to explain our problem and grasp the understanding, we are handled with kid gloves and with patience. This is essential because while having our problems resolved, we are also trying to understand what happened so we will know how to handle it in the future. DNN software support rates top notch in this area. Tony Sandhu and supporters like him are awesome. We are so happy that we invested in DNN because you cannot beat the support! Thanks the for the great service!

I had a superb customer service experience with a representative named Chad Weiss, which is why I am writing this review. My opinion of DNN as a CMS has actually improved as I have become acquainted with, and learned to work around, its idiosyncrasies. Nevertheless, I do find some of its quirks frustrating, including the fact that it is occasionally difficult to implement revisions to heading tags that should be simple without breaking the design. Nevertheless, I am starting to make my peace with a design-driven CMS in a content-driven age.

Shawn was awesome, he worked late trying to help me with my install. We were both tired so we agreed to continue the next morning. He was able to fix the issue I was having with the install and get me up and running to begin my trial. Thank you Shawn for the excellent customer service and patience with me. You are awesome!

Chad was great!

Our organization has had a great experience resolving issues and communicating with DNN support specialists. They respond quickly, and with the knowledge needed to actually be effective. We have been impressed, and have been able to set our expectations high when engaging the DNN support team.

Had an obscure issue with our portal related to page view permissions. Support was able to get this resolved in a reasonable timeframe.

DNN Software is one of the more extensive CMS that I've used. Design wise, it's a dream; fluid and responsive. Our company has several issues regarding security needs and preferences and our DNN assistant has been incredibly proactive and helpful during this process and training. The provided training materials are very informative and helpful, any other questions we have are always answered quickly and extensively.
