My company has used DNN for several years now. It's easy for my designer to use, but also offers the power to create complex applications. I highly recommend DNN.

There is no easy way for users to preview a test site, and then load it to production. We have only found that you must look at each page and then publish or not.

We understand that site-wide staging is an important feature for you. We are considering adding this feature to our product roadmap. In the meantime, we made enhancements to our page preview capabilities in Evoq 8.0 and later. We now provide a high-fidelity, full-page preview, which can be shared with other content editors. In addition, we provide mobile previews for desktop, tablet and smartphone. Thanks - Franck

I had a notice from my developer one week ago that we had a payment due, at that time I informed him that I had not gotten anything prior as far as an invoice. He contacted you with no response. Then 2 days ago, he gets a note that the account was going into collections. Seriously? 1 week after I got the invoice. If I could switch platforms on the fly, I would.
Response from DNN SoftwareApr 1, 2016
Melissa - We are sorry for your experience with our invoicing process. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you. We’re at fault for what happened, but can assure you that this will be corrected going forward. We’re happy that you like our software and we’ll make sure your satisfaction extends to all elements of your customer experience. Regards - Franck

DNN Software has created a fisrt class CMS which we use as our corporate intranet. We compared DNN against Sharepoint, and DNN won hands down. Keep up the great work!

We have found DNN to be a satisfactory CMS with lots of customize-able features and options. We also have an outstanding development partner that handles virtually all of our implementations, which is a significant factor in our satisfaction with the product.

Dave
DNN core is a good product. The problems arise when you add 3rd party modules then try to upgrade to a new version of DNN. Especially if you have any modules that are no longer supported by the developer. We no longer use DNN because of the HUGE frustration with upgrading. We had a couple older modules that were no longer supported that broke our site when upgrading DNN. But there was nothing we could do about it. We've since moved on to a much more robust CMS system (Umbraco) and it's so much better.
Response from DNN SoftwareApr 11, 2016
Thank you Dave for sharing this feedback. And, we are pleased to notice that Umbraco is the right CMS for you. That's being said, I would encourage you to reconnect in the future and review our latest version of Evoq 8. We have multiple efforts underway to address our customer's challenges. Regarding third party skin and module developers, we recently launched the Evoq Preferred Program. Vendors accepted into the Evoq Preferred Program make a commitment to keeping their products up to date with the latest Evoq version. In addition, DNN performs compatibility testing with the majority of Evoq Preferred Program products prior to each Evoq release. Once again, thank you for your honest feedback. And, we look forward to reconnecting with you again in the future. Regards - Franck

I've worked with DNN since version 1 and I'm perpetually impressed at the quality, feature set, performance, sales and technical support. DNN Software's timeliness to support and sales service requests is stellar. If you are considering an Intranet portal, Enterprise class portal implementation, massively scalable client facing website(s), the latest killer mobile site/app, or even a super simple community or hobbyist site, DNN deal DO IT!
