I can’t believe they’re still selling these packages. After waiting a year for my $995 package they no longer respond to my emails then they had the audacity to try to bill me a membership fee. If I lived near their facility I’d be raising absolute hell in person. TOTAL SCAM.

Do not use this company. I have been waiting for almost 9 months for results. I have gotten a series of lame excuses for why no results have been sent. The customer support is anything but supportive. They will not refund my money and no longer respond to my emails. YOU WILL DIE OF OLD AGE BEFORE YOU GET RESULTS FROM DNA COMPLETE!

Still no results after 9 months. I did their $995 Elite Test (WGS 100x) back in August of 2025. Have emailed support 5+ times and received the same "we can assure you your sample remains in processing" response but zero expectations as to when I will actually receive my results. How much longer will this truly take? Will I ever actually receive test results?

No results after nearly a year

I completed the DNA Complete test and sent it back in Jan. 2026. After 6 months, I have not gotten the results back. Reaching out to customer service is not helpful. They respond with the same canned replies.

Let me join the littany of user that have been ripped off by this company. I purchased my kit in April of 2025 and sent it off on June of 2025. After multiple emails, I was told there would be no refund, and I was also charged the yearly subscription amount, as I didn't realise it starts when you sign up, not when you receive your results. When I complained, I told just that. I said, but I don't have my results, how can I utilise the service? To which I got no response. The company is flat out fraudulent. It is a scam and they absolutely cannot be trusted. It is not like they are charging a couple of bucks either; it is big money. If you have been considering DNAComplete, do yourself a favour and run a mile. I don't usually leave reviews, particularly not negative ones, but these people couldn't care less about you; they are either about to go bankrupt or have gone bankrupt and are trading insolvent. If they are taking any money from any clients, then they should be put in jail. Absolute criminals avoid like the plague.

At the time of purchase, I was advised that my DNA test results would be available within approximately 12 weeks. I paid for the service in good faith and promptly provided all required samples and information. It has now been more than one year since my original order was submitted, and I still have not received the results I paid for. During this time, I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer support department through the channels provided by your company. Unfortunately, my inquiries have either gone unanswered or have not resulted in any meaningful update regarding the status of my order. I find this situation unacceptable. A delay of more than one year is far beyond the timeframe represented when I purchased the service. Equally concerning is the ongoing lack of communication from your company. On February 11, 2026, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the status of my order. In response, DNA Complete advised that my original sample was no longer usable and stated that a replacement testing kit would be sent to me. I promptly completed the replacement kit and returned it. According to your records, the replacement sample was received on March 27, 2026. At that time, I was assured that my results would be expedited. Despite that assurance, I still have not received my results, nor have I received any substantive update regarding the status of my testing. My recent requests for information have gone unanswered. I have fulfilled every obligation required of me as a customer. DNA Complete has had possession of my replacement sample for several months and has failed to provide either the contracted results or a satisfactory explanation for the continued delay.

We purchased our test and submitted it in January 2026. It's the end of May 2026 and we continue to receive the same form letter indicating it's still in process with no end in sight. We are disputing the charge on our credit card and going with another company. DO NOT use DNA Complete. They do not provide any other means of communicating outside of their website support email. It's a wild disappointment!
