I purchased the DNA Complete Elite Test for $1,195.00, registered my kit on May 23, 2026, and sent my sample on or about June 10, 2026. I have not received my results or any substantive response to my several inquiries. Today, October 22, 2026, I requested a full refund.

Over 13 Months, No DNA Results, and No Estimated Completion Date
I purchased a DNA test from DNA Complete (Nebula Genomics) in September 2025. It is now October 2026, over 13 months later, and I STILL have not received my DNA results.
After waiting over a year, I contacted customer support to ask when I could expect my results. Their response was incredibly frustrating. They informed me that "DNA Complete does not guarantee turnaround times for sequencing and reporting" and that they were unable to provide any detailed status update or estimated completion date.
Essentially, after more than a year of waiting, all they could tell me was that my sample was still being processed and that I needed to continue waiting indefinitely.
I understand that laboratory processing can involve unexpected delays, but 13 months without results, a meaningful status update, or even an estimated completion date is completely unreasonable.
I paid for a service that has still not been delivered, and the company's response offers no meaningful reassurance or accountability. How long are customers supposed to wait? Another six months? Another year?
I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing DNA testing from DNA Complete or Nebula Genomics. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself the frustration and consider another provider.

**More than 15 months after payment
**More than 15 months after payment, still no results — beware**
I paid DNA Complete for my DNA testing kit on July 5, 2025. As of October, 14 2026, more than 15 months later, I still have not received my results or raw data.
I deeply regret not checking the Better Business Bureau reviews before placing my order. There are numerous complaints from other customers describing the same experience: waiting a year or longer without receiving their results. Unfortunately, my experience appears to be far from unique.
When I followed up, DNA Complete responded that it does not provide fixed or guaranteed turnaround times and that my sample remains in “active processing.” However, the company refuses to provide any further details or even an estimated completion date. I am simply told to keep waiting until I receive an automated email.
Not guaranteeing a turnaround time is one thing. Expecting customers to wait indefinitely after paying for a service, with no meaningful updates and no clear resolution, is another. How long is a customer expected to wait — two years? Three years? Longer?
DNA sequencing is an established technology. While I understand that processing and analysis can take time, more than 15 months without results or a concrete explanation is unacceptable.
What concerns me most is that DNA testing can be important to people's health decisions and overall well-being. Customers pay for these tests expecting useful information. They deserve transparency, accountability, and honest communication, not vague assurances that progress is ongoing.
I also question how DNA Complete continues to sell tests online when so many customers report similar prolonged delays. I wish I had researched the company more carefully before placing my order.
**Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering DNA Complete to read the BBB complaints and other customer reviews before spending their money.** I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs their results within a reasonable timeframe.
As of today, I am still waiting for what I paid for.

Whatever you do - DO NOT send them any money or odder any services from this co many. They will steal your money.

No results 5 months after they received my sample
I purchased a DNA Complete kit on March 12, 2026, after seeing them as a recommended source for a whole genome sequencing test. I registered the kit on April 9. On April 17 Nebula Genomics confirmed that my sample had arrived.
Since then I have received no results, no raw data, and no real status. I contacted support on June 19 and July 16. Both times I got the same kind of reply: their terms do not guarantee a timeframe, and the sample is still processing.
By the way, around the time I made my purchase, their public materials and other customers described a typical turnaround of about 8–12 weeks after the lab received the sample. (Now that same language is no longer on their live FAQ.)
On September 10, 2026 I emailed support again. I restated the timeline, asked for either a specific completion date or a full refund within 7 days, and told them I had asked Wells Fargo to review the charge. I received only an automatic acknowledgment that day. As of September 17 I have had no substantive reply.
I did my part. I provided the payment and the sample. They have not delivered the service. I have asked my bank to review the charge and I sent them a final written request for either a firm delivery date or a full refund.

Scammers
Submitted 2 x $995 tests for myself and my son 7 months ago. Despite multiple emails I am still no closer to receiving results or even an estimated delivery. The response is that they don’t provide eta’s. Going to apply for a refund. Do not use these guys.

I honestly wish I had read more…
I honestly wish I had read more customer reviews before trusting DNA Complete / Nebula Genomics with my DNA sample.
I bought this service as a UK consumer and submitted my sample in February 2026. It is now September 2026 and I still have not received my results.
What makes this so worrying is not just the delay. It is the complete lack of meaningful transparency.
On 1 July 2026, DNA Complete told me in writing that my sample had been escalated, placed under enhanced monitoring, and that results were anticipated within approximately six to eight weeks. That time period has now expired. I still have no results, no clear laboratory update, no confirmed release date, and no proper explanation.
I have asked basic and reasonable questions. Has sequencing been completed? Did my sample pass quality control? Is repeat extraction or resequencing required? What laboratory stage is my sample at? Who currently holds my biological sample and genetic data? DNA Complete has not provided a clear answer.
The latest response simply said that my case had been escalated for further review and that they would update me once more information was available. After a February submission and a missed six to eight week window given in July, that is not good enough.
This is not a late parcel or a minor inconvenience. This involves a biological sample and highly sensitive genetic data. Customers should not be left for months without clear information about what has happened to their sample, whether it has been processed, whether there is a technical issue, or who is holding their data.
As a UK consumer, I do not believe it is acceptable for a company to take payment, receive a sample, give vague updates for months, miss its own anticipated timeframe, and then continue to avoid giving a specific answer. Saying that turnaround times are not guaranteed does not make an indefinite delay reasonable.
After reading other reviews, I am even more concerned because my experience appears to follow a similar pattern reported by other customers: long delays, vague replies, escalation language, and no clear resolution.
I am now pursuing this through a payment dispute, formal complaint routes, and data protection channels. I have also made a Subject Access Request for all records relating to my order, sample, processing status, sequencing status, quality control status, escalation notes, internal notes, and any third party laboratory communication about my sample.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DNA Complete / Nebula Genomics. SCAMMERS. A company handling biological samples and genetic data should be held to a much higher standard of transparency, accountability, and customer care.
