Everything was smooth up until the first day I was supposed to relieve results. They informed me I would have results the following day, okay no big deal. When the following day arrived they then told me they needed 3 more days because they "use different locations in the blood to get the results they need. So they need more time to test the different locations." 3 days later came around and today I received a phone call saying they now need 3 more days. I am not very happy because of the money I have spent. They informed me they are already knocking 200 dollars off since it keeps getting delayed and stated if there are anymore delays then they will give me more of a discount. One of the ladies I spoke to informed me that they have never NOT found the results when using all different "locations in the blood." Another lady informed me that if they needed more blood drawn they would have already requested it from me. Everyone thinks I'm getting scammed but I really just think this is my luck. It does suck because it gets my hopes up and I just dread the phone call saying they did everything they could do but just can't get the results they need. I asked if I would get all my money back if I don't feel like waiting anymore and they said all of it except $129. I'm just scared I won't get my results and it's just a let down that I didn't get my results as easy as everyone else. I don't understand. I am just curious if more people go through this than just me with this company.

After getting my blood drawn nearly 3 weeks ago and being told 7 more days not including the weekend, i now have to go back tomorrow to get MY blood drawn again. which wouldnt be a big deal if i didnt pay 1600 dollars for them to just tell me there was a problem getting my babies dna. i am 24 weeks pregnant and got the test at 21 weeks. they took my blood and the (hopefully not) fathers dna.... it is very nerve racking waiting for the results and then waiting all day with nothing.. calling yourself.. and then being told "oh the results wont be in today 7 more days" SERIOUSLY do you know how hormonal i am and how stressful this situation is?!? cant they speed the process up once they get my new sample of blood so im not being told another week. my baby will be here before i get the prenatal results! i want answers from the ddc but no one has any to give me.

Before deciding to choose DDC for our prenatal testing, my partner and I spent several weeks researching companies, reading reviews, etc. My first call to set up the testing, the representative was extremely helpful, took my deposit and explained how long the results should take to receive and answered the rest of my questions. The same day we visited the lab to have our blood drawn, the $1,600 for the test was paid in full. Within 2 weeks of that day, we were told we would have our results. Over the course of the next couple weeks, I have called the prenatal department wondering what is going on; all anyone can tell me is that they are having issues with the results and that I will find out on "Monday". It will be 4 weeks since our blood was drawn, the money was paid in full and I do not understand what the issue is. I would really appreciate if someone could contact me and give me a better response than I will know on Monday. I am contacting the company twice a week. Still with no results.

Dna diagnostics was very professional! They never made once made me feel awkward or uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. The process did take longer than expected but overall great service!

The staff were very knowledgeable, and also answered any and all questions in a timely manner. I would recommend the DDC to anyone and everyone. Amazing customer service. The results were given in a timely manner. We used this service to confirm what we already knew, but the results were trustworthy and we would use the DDC again if the need ever arises.

DNA Diagnostics Center is the best place to have all your DNA services. The price and the customer service they gave me was just fantastic. I will recommend them to anyone who requires DNA service

Had a good experience, if only there was maybe a more secure way of sending dna samples and more local locations. Also, there the price is too high.

I called this company to find out more info about DNA, the person who answered the phone was very nice and knowlegeable, it was very discreete. she also gave me some advise on how to obtain the sample without offending my son. the results came on time via email as expected. the price was also reasonable.
