The DDC has promised me on three different occasions a result. I started this process on June 27th where I recieved a "not enough fetal DNA" response over a week later. They said on numerous occasions that they would call me back when things change and never do, I'm always the one calling in to get the new results and updates to my case. On top of that the newest result was promised to come today and now they are saying they are going to extend it to the 24th. After speaking to a manager she was not able to tell me if by the 24th I would even have a result! That would make this a 3 month process and I am disqusted with the services and broken promises... Especially after WE PAID $1600+ dollars for this!! I will never ever ever use this service again.. Over priced and under promised..

DNA Diagnostic Center is great. They are quick and reliable and they have always let me know where there has been an issue or problem right away. Then they work hard and fast to help fix it so we can get what we need. The personal touch when a service rep calls is a very refreshing experience, it lets you know they care!

Great dna diagnosis .

I had a good experience with DNA diagnostics certer. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't use these results in court so I feel like I wasted all of my money.

Didn't know much about DNA,but after the experience I had talking to some of the employees,I got the information I needed.I was informed when my tests would be completed and it was right on point,very good service.

Overall I thought you guys were great. Once the mother of my child started cooperating DNA Diagnostics Center done a great job getting both of our appointments scheduled where we lived and we got the results back very quick. Thank you guys for the job well done.

The DDC associate that we spoke with on the phone before we decided to go with this company was very knowledgable about dna testing and the laws surrounding it. The staff was professional as well when they did the testing and results were available in a week. We were very impressed with this company!

The DNA test process went very smoothly. I did experience long wait time when I needed to call customer service. The person who performed the test was very pleasant.
