The place I was sent to take my DNA test was disgusting. They need to do better research on who they hire. It wasn’t sanitary and felt like I was at risk just going into the place. They man who did the test made us feel uncomfortable. Considering everything going on in the world I was disgusted and where we were sent. Who knows if he even performed our test correctly.

I really wish I could of gave them a better review, because it just seemed to be good at the start, but as soon as the customer service rep sold me, there was slow response and a long hold time, not saying it was the fault of the company, because as I did put in a complaint, someone did call me back and got things rolling again. The first customer service rep sold me because she said everything could be done in one day of process, it just kind of went down hill from there. Another rep saw my review and did follow up and got things rolling again without me having to hold and my paperwork was received within 3 days not 1, but I did receive it. So thanks to the rep who did handle it diligently and took my concerns seriously. That I can say was a 5 star customer service rep!

I was very unsatisfied because our names were not on the results of the DNA test. Looked like something that could’ve been printed from Google images. It didn’t look like a real DNA test document. Other than that everything else was ok.

I have used this company twice, and although I sometimes did not like the results, it gave me closure.
