I test 3 potential fathers and something has to be wrong!! Each one cane back 0 percent.. also, with testing 3 potential father each separately a discount should have been applied or given! And Lastly the time frame to received results is extremely too long!

I had to fill out information for my dna test results in the beginning and then I was emailed the results instead of getting it mailed. Now I have no tangible proof of my results evens thought i sent an email with my signature and other information. You need better communication and processes.

Thanks DDC for performing my at home dna test. The test was sent out very fast and the result were ready earlier than expected!

I'm wondering if you put the names of the people for the DNA why are they not in the report

I called had a awesone Rep.named Mary. She helped get everything situated. She was very helpful with questions. I would recommend DDC for any type of testing.

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE REVIEW. Hi Everyone! I paid for the non-invasive prenatal paternity test. I would strongly advise that if you want any type of DNA testing that you find another company. If you’re in the UK I suggest choosing one from UK government list on gov.uk DDC is on this list but they are THE WORST. The first testing failed because I allegedly did not have enough fetal blood. However, I had to contact them for this update, they left me waiting for 2 weeks. I then had to pay for another nurse to collect the sample (£68) as they told me they needed a new samples. Me and the father came together to collect the same and was told that they didn’t need the sample from him as they already had it from the last time and they said swab samples last for months. The nurse took the sample and sent it to them as that’s the service I paid for. I called weeks later (they did not) and was told the SAMPLE WAS LOST. Their carrier had lost my sample and they refunded me the nurse and shipping fee and booked another free sample collection. This is now the THIRD COLLECTION... they then told me they needed a new swap from the father. I complained and said I was told they did not need it. They said they made an error THREE TIMES and failed to inform me. My money has been refunded. This entire process has lasted NINE WEEKS. PLEASE PICK ANOTHER COMPANY. SAVE YOUR TIME. CLICK ON THE LINK. In summary: they lost my sample once and failed to tell me on multiple occasions they needed a new sample from the father even though they were explicitly asked. They were not apologetic at all. It also sounds like the same two people answer the phone, which is concerning. I never ever leave reviews. But DNA test should not be messed with. We are all in this situation because we would like quick and reliable answers. I had to write this review so that no one else experiences this and saves themselves time, money and sleepiness nights. Trust this review and find another one. If you do not have the money, wait and try and save. It is not worth it to pick this company solely on the price. Please listen. Find another company, good luck and stay safe everyone

Thanks for the peace of mind

I did my research on this company and was on the fence about using this company because of my situation,however though when I spoke with a person they were over the top in helping and when I had a mix up with my tests and had to be redone they understood the issue and rushed my test from start to finish and received my results in no time. Do recommend this company and their employees are human about it and don't make the process difficult.
