6/16/20: Hi, Taylor. Because we are an accredited lab with many safeguards in place to prevent human error, you can be sure your results are correct for the samples DDC was provided to test. Sometimes results are not what our customers hope for or expect, but they are accurate. We're sorry you felt like you had a horrible experience. Our manager listened to your call with our DNA specialist and determined you were treated with courtesy and respect. This was an at-home test. If you are not sure the DNA sample for the possible father was actually his, you can do a legal test with witnessed DNA collection, as suggested by the specialist on your call. The results takes weeks not days
I Wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star. For starters it took weeks for them to receive the samples and when I phoned up they said they can’t find it and there re send free of charge to then get a email within 30 mins saying they found it and I get the results on Friday. Friday came no results so I phoned up the following Monday for them to say they can’t find it and they will call back. They never called back so I phoned them back for them to say they found it again and to make payment. I made the payment for them to say again I get the results in a few days yet the email said last week I would have to the results then, Talk about messing me Around now to wait another week. the results are longer then 3-4 days more like weeks to wait for it

Simple and quick
Site was simple to use. Tests were easy to do and the results were quickly posted. Would definitely recommend.
