I was originally told there was a three…
I was originally told there was a three day turn around for DNA results and gender results would be included. I was sold, even though there were other companies I could have chosen. After three days I called them repeatedly. It wasn't until the fifth day that I got the DNA results, after much begging. The gender results didn't come in for another week. Extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. I would not use this company again for anything. The stress that they put on me after spending so much money, I would never want for any other expecting mother.

We have listened to the phone calls connected with your case and it appears you initially turned down the option for gender determination, but then requested it later once testing was complete, which is why there was a delay with gender. Your results were indeed posted in 3 business days, as promised . My experience was great
My experience was great, One of the representatives David McVey was very helpful and helped me with understanding how everything works and with finances. I got my results earlier then the Say they where scheduled to be done and released to me. I do wish they gave better instructions on how to do the test and actually display the name of the parent whom was tested on the results.

In reference to your concerns, we don't put names on at-home reports since DNA is collected at home and the identities of test participants have not been independently verified; however, we do put names on reports for legal, witnessed tests with court-admissible results.
