I WASN'T THE FATHER SO YOU GET 5 STARS..THANK YOU BABY JESUS

We were told that the tests would arrive within a certain amount of days. They did not! A day later than expected. We were told we would have the test results back by Friday. We did not! It was almost a week later. We paid for fast 2 day service. We called them because the results weren’t posting. After calling the company, found out they had received it. But my daughter had forgotten to check one of the boxes saying she was the child. So they did nothing with the test. Even though they knew where and who it came from. They should have called us. So what was going to be a wonderful surprise for Father’s Day weekend. Never happened for 6 more days. Very disappointed by their lack of professionalism. However, they did refund 50.00 for all of the mistakes they made. So we would use them again. Just have different expectations.

I had a prenatal paternity test done in NY over 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately the lab never signed off on any of the documents so the results were held up by over a week. Mark Brown, one of the supervisors, stepped up and reached out multiple times to the laboratory to see that the documents were signed so I can get the results. It was a hectic and frustrating time but everything the DDC has done was in a very professional manner, communication was excellent and I could not be happier!

Fast, reliable, accurate and helpful! I’ve dealt with this company on 2 separate occasions and had the best services. I’d definitely recommend this company!

The results were timely and accurate I would recommend DDC testing to everyone

There was a delay in receiving the sample from London, but it finally arrived in the U.S. mail. After it was received, the processing was done quickly. I especially appreciate the personal help given to me by Tania. I received the same kind of excellent service that I received 11 years ago when I had a similar test.

Elizabeth Lopez was not clear about when we would receive the results. We expected them on Friday which would be three business days from when the samples were taken. It was not made clear to us that there is additional time not included in the three business days for the samples to be sent to the lab. We did not receive them until the following Monday which was extremely stressful for us. A clear expectation should be set as to when the results are expected to be available.
