Unfortunately they were out of stock on tires I ordered, so Dave had me choose another tire but sold them to me at the original price I had paid. Even though they were they were a higher priced tire! Fast shipping as well, thank you.

I’ve ordered wheelchair parts here twice. Orders came quickly both times, received an email when they shipped with a tracking number. I called customer service with a technical question, the person I talked to was friendly and very knowledgeable!

It's very easy to call DME Hub and get the right parts that I need. They have the serial numbers of my chairs making it very easy to get the correct parts.

Items arrived quickly and were great quality. We ordered the wrong size of one item and they were quick to provide an RA authorization so we could return it for a refund.
